If you think about it, it seems clear that the Rules-Based Order has preempted the US Constitution, for purposes of foreign policy. But, in a global world economy, it becomes increasingly difficult to separate foreign and domestic policy. Thus we see the push to bind the US to foreign treaties and agreements without going through the treaty ratification process as envisioned in the Constitution. Many of those agreements have an effect on domestic policy that should normally be decided by Congress. This is all in line with the aims of the New World Order, the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) goal for Global Corporatism/Fascism (cf., for example, Doc Malone: WEF: A Trade Organization on Steroids).
Preeminently, the Senate’s authority over war making has been preempted by the Rules-Based Order, as we see increasingly (Where The War Is At, 4/28/22). US officials, in coordination with foreign powers in the Anglosphere, are openly making public statements that, in any real world understanding, amount to declarations of war against major world powers, such as Russia and China. But war of this sort is something that can’t be done by stealth, as in our GWOT. Thus, the need to shape America’s information environment—to preempt narratives that conflict with the government narrative. Which happens to be the Deep State/Neocon narrative. Thus, the Disinformation Governance Board is an idea whose time has come for America. The public announcement actually specifies “Russia” as a focus for disinforming the American public and the head of the disinformation board checks all the usual Neocon boxes—even “advising” Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry—so it all fits in with the war effort of the Rules-Based Order.
Among other accounts, PJMedia’s stands out:
Politico is reporting:
DHS is standing up a new Disinformation Governance Board to coordinate countering misinformation related to homeland security, focused specifically on irregular migration and Russia. Nina Jankowicz will head the board as executive director. She previously was a disinformation fellow at the Wilson Center, advised the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry as part of the Fulbright Public Policy Fellowship and oversaw Russia and Belarus programs at the National Democratic Institute. (h/t Daniel Lippman)
Why would a DHS program focus solely on “irregular migration and Russia”? … are these just the most politically dangerous narratives for the Left to lose control over?
DHS secretary Alejandro Mayorkas revealed the creation of the new Ministry on Wednesday when speaking … about an assertion that African Americans and Spanish-speaking Americans are being “heavily targeted” for disinformation, Mayorkas mentioned:
…
Nina Jankowicz, who will head the board as executive director, has an extensive, swampy background in the area of “disinformation” as well as the geopolitical interface between Russia and Europe. Her bio for Syracuse University, where she is an adjunct professor, reads in part:
Jankowicz’s expertise spans the public, private and academic sectors. She has advised governments, international organizations and tech companies; testified before the United States Congress and European Parliament; and led accessible, actionable research about the effects of disinformation on women, minorities, democratic activists and freedom of expression around the world.
Jankowicz has extensive media experience, with writing published in many major American newspapers and magazines, including The New York Times, The Washington Post and The Atlantic. She is a regular guest on major radio and television programs such as the PBS Newshour, CNN’s Fareed Zakaria GPS and Amanpour, the BBC World Service, and NPR’s All Things Considered.
...
Just the person to make sure only approved information reaches Americans, as the administration fumbles us closer to war every day while assuring us that news about Hunter’s Ukrainian lucre is merely Russian misinformation.
Count on it, we’ll be hearing LOTS about “Russian disinformation” on all sorts of things in the coming months. And, no, that’s not just me saying so. Newsweek clues us in to what Jankowicz’s program will be
In an article for The Washington Post published on January 22, 2022, Jankowicz argued that the west has become "savvier" about Russian disinformation.
"Today, Western policymakers seem to finally recognize not only that the Kremlin instigated and continues the war in Ukraine, but that the Kremlin treats the information ecosystem as an active front in any conflict," she wrote.
The Daily Caller will fill you in on Jankowicz’s views on “free speech absolutism, and more—she’s clearly experienced in the field of disinformation:
During the second presidential debate, Jankowicz posted that Biden cited “50 former natsec officials and 5 former CIA heads that believe the laptop [from hell] is a Russian influence op.”
...
She also claimed the now-discredited Steele dossier was funded by Republicans in a 2017 tweet, and raised concerns about Musk’s purchase of Twitter during an April 16 interview on National Public Radio.
“I shudder to think about if free speech absolutists were taking over more platforms, what that would look like for the marginalized communities all around the world,” she said.
Jankowicz did not respond to a request for comment from the Daily Caller News Foundation.
Can you imagine the amount of money that’s behind all this. It’s almost like Sundance likes to say: There are TRILLIONS at stake.
We’ll finish with an example of the type of stuff that Jankowicz will be disinforming the American public about.
Here is Colonel Richard H. “Dick” Black (USA Ret.) bio. This guy is, like, totally off the Deep State/Neocon rez. He very recently did an hour+ long interview with the Larouche org, which you can watch here: U.S. Leading World to Nuclear War. Black thinks there are no winners in a nuclear war, which is, like, total disinformation—we can win that one, say the Neocons. He also thinks Ukraine is a bit—no, a lot—like Syria. In Syria the US is allied with al Qaeda in a proxy war against the government of Syria, and in Ukraine we used Neo-Nazis to overthrow the Ukrainian government and then lead a proxy war against Russia. Regime change on steroids.
If that Youtube is a bit long, you can watch a series of out takes from it here. Here are the capsulizations for those out takes. You’ll see it’s total disinfo:
“Russia was extremely reluctant to get involved in combat in Syria. The war began in 2011 when US began coordinating with terrorist groups. Al Qaeda has always been our proxy force on the ground. They together with ISIS have carried out the mission of the US” — Col. Richard Black
“After four years, Aleppo had enormous destruction. At that point, the Russians at the invitation of the legitimate Syrian government entered the war but not as a ground force. Their air power was very effective.” — Col. Richard Black
“The US war against Syria is a war of aggression. The US invaded. We put troops on the ground. It was a seizure. John Kerry was frustrated at the tremendous victory by the Syrian Armed Forces against Al Qaeda and ISIS.” — Col. Richard Black
“Syria had a significant wheat surplus before the war. We wanted to take the wheat away to cause famine. By stealing the oil we could freeze the civilian population. We wanted to starve and freeze to death the Syrians.” — Col. Richard Black
“Caesar sanctions were the most brutal sanctions ever imposed on any nation. We cut off medical supplies so that Syrian women would die of breast cancer. CIA was aware of the nation that carried out Beirut explosion.” — Col. Richard Black
“You see this Machiavellian approach where we use unlimited force and violence and at the same time we control the global media to where we erase all discussions of what’s truly happening.” — Col. Richard Black
“We facilitated the movement of Islamic terrorists from 100 countries. They could murder the husbands and own their wives and children. There was a campaign of rape in Syria. Pedophiles wanted the small children.” — Col. Richard Black
“There were tens, hundreds of thousands of Syrian women impregnated by terrorists imported into Syria that it was necessary to change the law so that they wouldn't have to be returned to their ISIS father.” — Col. Richard Black“
Russia is perhaps more blessed with natural resources than any other nation. People want to break up Russia to make trillionaires by the dozens. A drive towards Russia began almost immediately after USSR dissolved in 1991.” — Col. Richard Black
“Russia went from an officially atheist country to the most Christianized nation in Europe by far. The gov't is very supportive of the church and the Christian faith. The US has a longstanding strategy to expand the empire.” — Col. Richard Black“
A tremendous number of innocent Ukrainian soldiers and a lot of Russian soldiers will die needlessly. It breaks my heart. The US and NATO do not care how many Ukrainians die — not civilians, women, children, or soldiers.” — Col. Richard Black
“President Putin made a desperate effort to stop the march towards war. He put specific written peace proposals on the table with NATO because Ukraine was massing troops to attack Donbass. NATO dismissed it.” — Col. Richard Black
“Donbass did not join with the revolutionary gov't that conducted the coup of 2014. Ukraine had massed this enormous army to attack Donbass. Russia was forced to go in to preempt that planned attack by Ukraine.” — Col. Richard Black
“Russia did not bomb the electrical system, media systems, water systems, bridges, train systems, power plants hoping that peace can be achieved. It didn't work. The decision of peace or war is made in Washington, DC.” — Col. Richard Black
“According to Turkish media, 50 French senior officers are trapped in Azovstal steel plant in Mariupol. French soldiers have been on the ground directing the battle, kept under wraps. Marine Le Pen would have won.” — Col. Richard Black
“Two Republican senators said we might have to use nuclear weapons against Russia. That is insane. Russia has hypersonic missiles that can absolutely evade detection. There would be no human life in Washington, DC.” — Col. Richard Black
“Not only would everybody be killed but it would probably be impossible for people to inhabit New York City for hundreds of years after a nuclear war. The life of Russia depends on stopping NATO from advancing to their borders.” — Col. Richard Black
“It is very difficult to get into senior ranks if you are guided by principle, patriotism, and devotion to the people of this nation. There is going to have to be enormous pain. Major countries support Russia.” — Col. Richard Black
Hopefully this is all going to lead to blow back at the polls in November.
Does disinformation need to meet some minimum intelligibility threshhold?

Raise your hand if you don't think this is being mulled about in DC to be done to the rest of us. Esp. “Syria had a significant wheat surplus before the war. We wanted to take the wheat away to cause famine. By stealing the oil we could freeze the civilian population. We wanted to starve and freeze to death the Syrians.”
It's not that hard to do to your own population especially since there will be much fewer people on the other side of this to protest any such event. This is pure, unadulterated evil!!!
