He adds that, despite Trump’s rhetoric, he’s convinced that Trump wouldn’t do that—presumably based on person to person conversations with Trump. Left unsaid, if the Dems did a switcheroo and ran Hillary, she might also represent an unacceptably high risk—in many respects.
