Don’t you luv cataclysms in Constitutional Law? Because, these days, cataclysms at the SCOTUS level almost always redress constitutional excesses established by the Left. That’s why they’re so into stare decisis as applied to constitutional interpretation—they want you to think that means mistakes can’t be rectified when the Left makes “mistakes”.
I read Don's post earlier. Those loud tweeting birds that seemingly have survived virtual Armageddon if you listen to the Climatista's. John Kerry isn't going to be happy, nor that troll Climate Czar Gina McCarthy who was just bragging about all the jobs being lost in the fossil fuel industry. Oops! She may have spoken too soon.
And all the polling shows that these views--court packing and whatnot--are basically universally rejected by Americans of almost every political stripe.
Have not found much discussion on this yet, but looks like another 2a victory? https://mobile.twitter.com/NFGR_Official/status/1542537013521305600
Thanks. I was just about to write about this.

"Rules based order" hates the "rule of law."
Agree, these people are trying to tear down SCOTUS and already demonstrate a complete disregard for the laws they don't like.

It certainly is unpopular, waiting to see if that matters
You're wrong. It's a huge win even in the real world that we live in. It cannot be pretended away--Trump's appellate judges will see to that.
