This is probably related, posted by CTH in 2018:

(...) Director Mike Rogers discovered FBI contractors doing FISA-702 “About Searches” that resulted in returns providing information on Americans. Those results were passed on to people outside government.

Pg 83. “FBI gave raw Section 702–acquired information to a private entity that was not a federal agency and whose personnel were not sufficiently supervised by a federal agency for compliance minimization procedures.” (2017 FISA Court Opinion)

Someone inside the FBI was giving FISA-702 search results on U.S. individuals to a private entity that had nothing to do with government. Those 702 (American Citizen) results were not “minimized” and exposed the private data of the American citizen(s).

In addition, NSA Director Mike Rogers, who is also in charge of Cyber Command, discovered people within the intelligence community were doing “searches” of the NSA and FBI database that were returning information that had nothing to do with “Foreign Individuals”.

Rogers requested a full FISA-702 Compliance Review.

As an outcome of that review, the DOJ/FBI compliance officer noted FISA violations. Again, the FISA Court (page 84): More: https://theconservativetreehouse.com/blog/2018/01/14/understanding-fisa-7021617-and-how-it-was-used-in-2016/

Nice damage control / spin by Barr. He is admitting the obvious after it can’t be denied, after the fact and he is out of office.

Too bad Barr, when he was in charge, did not take action to change / reform the structure to prevent these type of abuses of the fbi, that are probably due to what Mueller put in place after 9-11.

And Barr also protected much of the anti Trump efforts through classification, and it’s the ongoing investigation excuse, so we can’t declassify.

I’m glad that Durham has released as much information as he has, and I hope more is coming.

I wonder what the restrictions are Barr set in place for Durham’s investigation.

I still feel betrayed, however ...

"[Durham] exposed really dreadful behavior by the supervisors in the FBI, the senior ranks of the FBI, who knowingly used this information to start an investigation of Trump and then duped their own agents by lying to them and refusing to tell them what the real source of that information was. And that was appalling."

Barr’s report on the Flynn unmasking was released. The guidelines Barr set limited the scope to safe areas. I guess the report was not safe enough, so classified till now.

And the Russia May affect elections threat is back. Along with we are going offensive cyber activities in the Ukraine, and just admitted it!!!

No mention of how the Dominion Machines were found to have vulnerabilities, but don’t worry since it has not been proven they were hacked in 2020. Of course nobody investigated that any hacking occurred.

I'm sure this has been well known within Dem circles. Dates back to Obama's 2nd term. Not surprised Obama would have spearheaded this to implement his strategy to shift the culture by spying on Americans. Further, the FBI culture must be really bad and punitive for no one to step up and do the right thing for so long.

Who is dumping this info? How did Kennedy, Gaetz, and Jordan learn of this? Is there finally a 'whistleblower' inside the FBI? More questions than answers.

Gaetz said on Tucker’s show last night that they are in fact working with a whistleblower.

Rep. Matt Gaetz: “The Democrat Party’s law firm, the law firm that received $42 million from the Democratic Party has this co-located workspace that they operate in concert with the FBI. Why in the world would that be the case? Why would Christopher Wray allow this to continue? Then you would also have to ask yourself why in the last 12 months was the person on behalf of Perkins Coie operating that worksite, Michael Sussmann himself?… What reason would there be for that and what leverage would the Perkins law firm have over the FBI given this work they are doing together?…”

Who in Doj and Fbi knew of this special relationship?

I assume Barr knew.

Did Sussman's friend Baker know of this arrangement when he agreed to meet with Sussman?

How is Wray still at the helm of the FBI?

Must be in charge of swamp security, only thing I can figure.

Kennedy ought to be on the short list of potential candidates for Vice President in '24. I have an excellent successor for the current VP, she is a Black female, much younger and more attractive too . . . my mini mare "skittles" !!!
