"""Also, during the past week, Russia has struck centers of foreign military personnel at least twice, inflicting heavy casualties."""

I opine, Russia will keep moving along so long as it gets one message from Trump - let's agree and have a ceasefire == - and another from the EU - we are ready to put 30,000 soldiers in Ukraine plus an €800bn for its ‘rearmament plan’

- I Surmise Russia's most recent strikes were a message meant for the EU [ put your soldiers in and see what happens ] - and perhaps the lessor intent of the message to Trump was - you'd better control the EU.

============ The Unwind

The ONLY issue right now for Russia is the "" Unwind "" This is the only difficulty Putin faces.

And Trump knows this but won't say it publicly. This is Trump's only leverage - I will graciously help you Mr. Putin, with the unwind.

Russia has reportedly approximately 1.3 million active soldiers, with a total military personnel including reserves reaching around 3.5 million people and Putin has weapon manufacturing on Full. Putin has to put those people out of military and back into economy and pull back the military manufacturing without collapsing economy with unemployment. Putin needs markets.

IMHO The Trump Administration is the 10% facet of the iceberg that we are able observe. The narrative facet that Trump the narrative master controls. The 90% below the water line we are not read in on (imagine the unimaginable). Deep state blood on the water only grows. NCSWIC.

Enjoy the show.

"both the Iranian president and Ayatollah have earlier explained that a perfectly good deal was already in effect - the 2015 JCPOA under Obama"

Let's not forget the pallets of cash Obama sent along and Biden contributed some more during his administration. I guess Trump could consider redirecting the money being sent to Israel could be diverted to Iran.

Obama sent more than the money that had been seized.

I suppose a government official looking to sell a deal might consider that. Were we justified to seize it?

Right. The Neocons made it out like it was some sort of tribute payment or something, but it was money that had been seized, going back to the embassy thing.

I read a MSM report that Russia could consider a temporary pause in hostilities if a robust framework for discussion could first be agreed as well absolutely no Nato country troops as 'peace-keepers'. Apparently Chinese troops would be acceptable to.Russia. This would certainly upset Miss Lindsey, and others..

But i suspect that this is another planted spoof of a story in Bloomberg News (probably giving US AID some more value on their account), and seeking to open a wedge between Russian and Chinese relations.

RT:

On Friday, the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia called on Washington to ease sanctions on Russia, particularly in the fields of aviation, investment, and banking, claiming that they have been harming both Russian and American businesses.

The Kremlin also said this week that Western sanctions against Moscow would have to be lifted to mend relations between the US and Russia. Both nations agreed to work on restoring ties following a high-level meeting in Saudi Arabia last month.

Russia has repeatedly stated that it was open for peace talks, but has opposed a temporary ceasefire with Kiev, arguing that a true settlement of the conflict requires a permanent long-term solution addressing its root causes.

Russia demands that Ukraine demilitarize, denazify, adhere to a position of neutrality, and recognize the territorial “realities on the ground.” It also opposes any NATO presence on Ukrainian soil.
