Just as it kinda looked like Twitter would be a bastion of freedom, ya gotta wonder about this:

BREAKING: Twitter's new CEO, Linda Yaccarino, is currently the Executive Chair for the World Economic Forum, and was Chairman of Advertising at NBC Universal.
I mean, that seems disqualifying for a credible alternative media outlet, if that’s what Musk claims he’s up to. OTOH, Axios claims she’ll mostly be involved with wooing advertisers back, freeing Musk up from that chore. Note that she’s been in advertising her whole career, including with the WEF.

Guess who was the Chair of the Ad Council that drove the partnership between global corporations and the US Government to push vaccines during COVID… 👇💉
Follow this link for a video of Musk and Yaccarino conversing:

They discuss his plans, then she's saying she wants to influence him, and he seems to draw a line, citing free speech.

The WEF associated future CEO of Twitter promotes influence peddling for advertisers & content moderation that makes advertisers comfortable. We know what happens when you give corporations and their political puppets power over content. I don’t like this.
