I will continue to plug RFK jr's book The Real Anthony Fauci as a must read/listen. It exhaustively documents and explains how we got to our current mess in healthcare viz the complete capture of doctors and hospitals by Big Pharma, Big Government, and the Globals. In short, doctors have been herded into healthcare groups that dictate treatments. Fail to toe the line and lose your hospital privileges, get kicked out of the group, lose your med license. Big Pharma *owns* the FDA, CDC, NIH, NIAID. Big Pharma controls the research and clinical trials and the approval panels for their drugs. Imagine Big Oil putting all their people on EPA agencies. How would that work out? Same thing. We are one big captive pool of drug money and our health and well being doesn't figure into it at all.
Is it really any wonder the medical profession never spoke up en masse truthfully about Covid and its minimal effect on 99% of the population while governments were mandating masks, social distancing, and lockdowns against a virus? Did anyone expect these cowards, with few exceptions, to speak up after failing to do so with the mentally ill 'transgender' phenomenon - except to change the DSM to normalize it? Members of the medical community have been frightened by what can happen to them if they stray from the liberal politically correct path of 'right think' as happened in Nazi Germany and occupied territories.
As an aside, I came across this article a few weeks ago about digitizing and making available files of the Nuremberg trial. A link to the collection is provided in the article.
Also: kudos and much gratitude to “Ash” for covering the Doctor’s Trial. The timing of the anniversary is one of those rare spooky historical coincidences that make us sit up and pay attention.
On Steve Bannon’s show the other day Naomi Wolf was recommending Robert Jay Lifton’s book “The Nazi Doctors: Medical Killing and the Psychology of Genocide.” I haven’t read it, but it’s on my Christmas wish list.
Hannah Arendt was writing about "the banality of evil" in the early sixties. In the New Yorker, no less. And then we had the Milgram experiments... how quickly we forget.

What an excellent essay/letter by Patrick Byrne! Thanks for the reference.
Exactly what I meant by "not entirely original."
But we all need reminders.
