Just the News is running with an article based on John Durham’s latest court filing. Durham is preparing for the trial of Clintonista lawyer Michael Sussmann. The filing is a pre-trial motion that asks the court to approve the use of certain evidence at the trial. The idea is for the court to rule on objections to the evidence before the trial. The possible objections all revolve around the Hearsay Evidence rule, which has many exceptions that can be quite technical. I don’t want to get into those aspects, because the basic concept here is fairly straightforward.

I think Just The News website software made more of a minor update than Solomon intended, bumping it to breaking news when in fact he probably just tweaked a line or two. There is no pending Sussmann (let alone Hillary!) trial. Sadly.
I don't think the evil these people commit is due to their meds; I think it's because they are evil. You are perfectly right, Mark, to remind us that every concept - especially evil ones - has to be followed through to its logical conclusion. We see this not just in the sexual perversion and transgender madness, but also in nearly all aspects of politics and foreign policy. Things continue until they can't.

Um, wasn't this filing from a YEAR ago, and wasn't Sussmann already acquitted? Or am I just living through Groundhog Year?
