I hope not but I see where you are coming from.

I thought I heard somewhere else that the doj isn’t finished with Trump. That he still faces yet another upcoming indictment based out of the DC Circuit. Maybe it related to the J6 persecution, I don’t know. I was taken aback when I heard it, and have yet to see it reported elsewhere, but I swear that is what I heard.

I believe I recall hearing that, too.

I pray Trumps indictment gets the espionage act declared unconstitutional.

I hope Trump’s lawyers focus on this argument.

I hope Trump's lawyers focus on prosecutorial misconduct.

Piercing prosecutional / absolute immunity along with charge stacking would be a great service to clean up our justice system.

I can dream.

I’m not a lawyer or expert in any of this. Just an old man observing what’s going on. I don’t believe any of this analysis and the millions of words that are being written and will be written will make a bit of difference to the ultimate outcome. This is all a fraud upon us and our once great nation. “They”, whoever “they” are, are bound and determined to destroy trump if not to ultimately kill him. And they will succeed. He will never be president.

Now that this indictment has been simmering for a few days and everybody has their theory as to what is going on, let me throw mine in for good measure. The regime is now at the point where they are convinced that it is all over but the shouting. The nest President will be whoever they decide on. The public be damned, all three branches of government are securely in their hands. They are indicting Trump because they can, and denying habeaus corpus to the J6ers because they can and also to tell us 'deplorables' to watch yourself and keep out of trouble. Don't make waves. Government of, by and for the people has perished.

But that was just my point. In other comments I have stated they have little control over us or over reality. They don't have the skills to properly govern and assume the only thing that counts is politics. The ship of state is heading full speed ahead into the iceberg, but meanwhile they are wining and dining and enjoying all the trappings of power.

Then our republic is truly finished. Franklin was right to wonder whether we could keep it. We could, but only for so long. I predict more and more things will spin out of control from here on out. God help us.

In 2015 Jeremy Corbyn was voted in as leader of the left wing Labour party in UK. He was a kind of Bernie Sanders character but without the chutzpah. During the leadership contest he was viewed as the rank outsider and the establishment never expected him to get anywhere. What they didn't know was a group called Momentum had rallied the hard left of the country to pay to become a Labour Party member so they could vote for him as leader. Tens of thousands of socialists paid their dues and that's how we got Corbyn horrifying the deep state for 4 years. It's funny looking bsck knowing what I know now. Could a similar tactic be used in the Democratic primary to boost RFK? It would take one hell of an effort I guess.

It's not possible for an unapproved candidate to win the Democrat primary. That's what the super delegates are there to prevent.
