From what I've seen, the Iranian-aligned groups have ready access to fly drones over Israeli territory and like to show off their video where they identify Israeli assets. Add to that what satellite data, even commercially-available will show them.
Is this searching for Iranian collaborators some sort of denial by the Israelies that they don't have much chance for secrecy re what is on the ground at their military and intel installations?
Thank you, Mr. Wauck, for so calmly stating factual history in regards to Gdansk. I didn't know the city's role in the disputes leading to world war, both of them, maybe; but your writing brings to mind that Lech Walesa (sp?) and Solidarity began the political break of the Polish people from Soviet totalitarian rule, successfully. And some random recollections---I think that historian John Lucac thought that the post WWII political re-construction led by U.S.A. should have emphasized that Germany was the defeated enemy which required re-assembly, and not the Soviet Union, partner Ally; because although the communist Soviets had a different governing system than the Allies, they were not the enemy---and shoud not have been targeted for immediate ostracization and punishment by Western nations following the end of the War.
Hello Cassander, thank you very much for writing to me on this subject of re-arranging post war assignments of good guys vs. bad guys. I will buy and read Talbot's book, on your recommendation alone, for I don't know anything about the author. I mentioned John Lucac, a naturalized U.S. citizen, originally from Hungary. He remembered when the Nazi army came to his home town....Anyway, his perspective on British and American national security actions towards re-construction of the European continent has opened my mind to seek to know, in great detail, how and to what ends the practices of rebuilding every nation state government in Europe to be functional and obedient to themselves---the military victors of the great game of that time. Thank you, again.
Reading the charges Israel has made against the alleged spies for Iran caused me to think about American journalist Jeremy Loffredo. His final detention date in Israel was yesterday, Oct. 20.
Has he been released to come home?
His charges were similar to the charges against the spies: taking photos--video in Jeremy's case--of Israeli military bases and other structures and sites, and gathering information.
This all makes me very nervous for Jeremy, if they are still prohibiting him from leaving Israel.
When you rely on propaganda you can’t afford the truth to come out so you arrest anyone reporting the truth

Excellent post, Mark. It is important to plant our flag based on truth and not make history fit our preferences .
