I haven’t been following the legal front of Trump 2.0 too closely because, like Jonathan Turley, I assume that—one way or another—Trump 2.0 will win most of these cases.
21: Have to agree with you, don’t expect he’ll make the cut for the new edition of “Profiles in Courage”! I still am inclined to believe that while Roberts has been waiting for the “process” to follow its course, his stoic silence has merely emboldened these rogue judges and made the thing that he was supposedly so hell bent on avoiding much, much worse-respect for the judiciary.
True enough, he may be by far the best worst choice of available options, but I still don’t like him.
Yeh, I was very unhappy when I read about that! I guess the guy really does believe the fairy tale about judges being totally impartial regardless of their lifelong political affiliations and beliefs. Personally I have always thought that ideas have profound consequences and if you embrace a given side of the political spectrum then it will inevitably lead to conclusions that lean towards that world view. The idea that Roberts can associate with “Judges” whose bias is clearly on display with regards to anything and everything that DJT and his Administration attempt to implement and still cling to philosophical naive and intellectually dishonest idea that judges are just judges and never allow their political beliefs interfere with their decisions. Wonder if this guy has been keeping count of which side of the political spectrum these rogue judges embrace? Yep, I definitely do not like the guy.
Roberts is a bit like that saying about democracy. It's the worst form of government except for all the others. Roberts is the worst kind of left leaning judge, except for all the others.
It will be interesting to see if Patel and Bongino reveal any of Robert's history as it pertains to Epstein. Additionally, his recently reported imbroglio with liberal DC judges should raise questions as well. Then there is his history with noted leftwing lawfare lawyer Norm Eisen. Would Patel and Bongino cross that bridge? With all the 'firsts' we've witnessed during the Trump era, I would not hold my breath.
Corrupt MAGA Rich-owned SCOTUS. … no longer respected by citizens
From the article: .....although he didn’t join either dissenting opinion—which means we really have >not<< idea why Roberts didn’t join the majority.
Should the be no instead of "not" is it to late to fix?
A very important decision, as you say. But that Roberts chap: what a squish!

It was quite something for the mask to get ripped off of his associations.
And oddly timely too.

The three points (which I cannot reproduce for my tech limitations) right after “what’s the message here?” are absolutely brilliant. Spot on!
Roberts is a bit like that saying about democracy. It's the worst form of government except for all the others. Roberts is the worst kind of left leaning judge, except for all the others.
Roberts is a New World Odor Agent.
Similar to Pence, ready to sacrifice his honor,
at a future critical point in time, for team satan.
Will vote against Trump, when the stakes are the greatest.
Then Trump will play his Andrew Jackson card. Who is going to enforce it?

Ahhh! A simple rumor becomes…juicier? To the crime (Roberts) to the coverup (Patel, Bongino). Thickening the plot? All alleged, of course.
Between that and his wife scoring swag as some kind of high court influence peddler I wish they could retire his useless ass.
"Justice Roberts is retiring to tend to his Phlogiston collection."
They will save evidence to deter Roberts from being a Judas,
but Roberts will sacrifice anyway because it is part of his contract with satan/
New World Odor.
While I would not counsel holding one's breath, I would also counsel: Never say never when you're dealing, ultimately, with Trump.
