It would be a refreshing change if judges and justices made it a rule to first refer to US and/or state constitutional authorities when writing rulings and opinions. Then, second to relevant statutory law, third to binding case law and last to any prior decisions involving the same parties. This would be true due process, rather than the current situation where due process is incidental and is routinely disregarded.

It does defy imagination, and the only thing that is real is that there is nobody in Washington deserving of our trust. On another note, Powell is getting the blame, but he is the adult who is taking the credit cards from the kiddies in Washington before they crash the entire monetary system.

Yes, but stolen elections have consequences, and our regime deemed it essential to destroy the free market economy, control of Afghanistan and even control of spending because anything Trump did had to be undone. I think Powell is reacting to this latest surge in spending and the fear that it will never end.

The one thing that I can say with absolute certainty is that it will end, the question is if the entire world will be destroyed in the process! I know that the elites think that they can carry out their nefarious schemes with impunity, but they probably shouldn’t bet the rent money on that being the outcome.
