I know you are greatly frustrated by the recklessness and also the moral peril of this unhinged adventurism - let me assure you that Canadians are no less disgusted with the destabilizing madness and the never-ending lies.

The fact that it was Justin's own daddy who subverted our once robust parliamentary system to concentrate power in the prime minister's office instead (to create what was rightly criticized as an unwholesomely presidential model) just makes the whole thing even more vexing, for those long in the tooth. Hawkish just isn't a vote-getter in Canada, and Parliament was once a great restraint. All gone.

Canada is supposed to be the cooler-headed brother for the US - the one who can get him to go and shake hands with the other guy, after a fight, and then patrol the border between, to cool things off for awhile. Also - with our particular international demographics - Indian and Chinese especially- we should be THE BRIDGE between the G7/20 west and BRICS - totally natural role, perfectly suited to our once superb international diplomacy. Potential destroyed now, utterly, and forever.

That Justin keeps falling for game after game, to sour relations with both China and India, has to have a bunch of clever buggers at CIA laughing their heads off.

Signing AUKUS was the ultimate humiliation - we want into a treaty which was designed to screw the French and sell Aussies Nuclear subs? WHY? (TF)

(Only outcome I can see is quite a few more Chinese Nukes targeting us - lovely)

Anyhow - thank you again for superb and timely reporting. Wish we could compare notes on national aspiration instead - but know at least, the frustration is shared!

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

And from the Catholic musical tradition - you should take that gem all the way - Castradeau! You'll like this - we visited the Cathedral in Montreal where the great Pierre his dad was buried. They all looked disgusted by the mention of his name, and preferred to talk about the funeral of the Great Maurice Richard! (hockey player, nice guy)

Also - I finally found the all-time best version of that Justin gag

Back in the day--late 60s to early 70s--I used to pay something like $5 to get into the old Chicago Stadium and fight for a place on the rail in the second balcony to watch the Golden Jet.

Papa-doc Deau, yonks ago (70s), shifted authority to the PMO to get away with nationalizing western energy reserves (thus causing the still damaging rift with the west). Of course these were sold off again with stupidest possible timing for taxpayers, and yet rift not healed (they are a genius family - just ask them!) ;o)

Russia fires missiles to simulate 'massive' response to a nuclear attack

Russia test-fired missiles over distances of thousands of miles on Tuesday to simulate a "massive" nuclear response to an enemy first strike.

"Given the growing geopolitical tensions and the emergence of new external threats and risks, it is important to have modern and constantly ready-to-use strategic forces," President Vladimir Putin said as he announced the exercise.

It took place at a critical moment in the Russia-Ukraine war, after weeks of Russian signals to the West that Moscow will respond if the United States and its allies allow Kyiv to fire longer-range missiles deep into Russia.

Biden to Netanyahu after killing of Fuad Shukr: 'Bibi, what the f-?'

Arutz Sheva ^ | 8/10/24

Conversations from the past year between Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and US President Joe Biden were revealed today (Tuesday) in a new book by journalist Bob Woodward, 'War,' an advanced copy of which was obtained by CNN.

According to Woodward, after the elimination of Hezbollah's second-highest ranking figure Fuad Shukr, Biden was furious with Netanyahu and told him: "Bibi, what the f-?" Biden added, “You know the perception of Israel around the world increasingly is that you’re a rogue state, a rogue actor.”

In response, Netanyahu said that "the target was one of the leading terrorists. We saw an opportunity and took advantage of it. The harder you hit, the more successful you will be in the negotiations."

Shukr was eliminated in an airstrike in Beirut in late July. He directed Hezbollah's constant attacks on northern Israel beginning on October 8, 2023, and was responsible for the rocket attack in which 12 Druze children were massacred in Majdal Shams several days before his elimination. He also played a role in the 1983 bombing of the US Army barracks in Beirut in which 241 American servicemen were killed. The US had placed a $5 million bounty on his head, despite Biden's reported objections to his elimination.

In addition, a conversation of Biden with his advisers was revealed in which he said: "I know he’s going to do something but the way I limit it is tell him to ‘Do nothing.'"

Another conversation that was revealed is from last April, around the discussion of the IDF's entry into Rafah, Biden asked Netanyahu: "What is your strategy, man?" Netanyahu replied: "We need to enter Rafah." Biden replied: "Bibi, you’ve got no strategy."

"The way I limit him is to tell him "Do nothing." Yeah, like that will work. What a profile in courage! No wonder Bibi is acting like there are no limits on him. There aren't!

That was not Army in Beirut.

It was 8th Marine Regiment, US Marine Corps.

Those served at that time...who still stand,

Do you find any of this credible? In my opinion Woodward was never much more than a gossip columnist. His stuff tends toward innuendo and unnamed sources.

Stupid. And the Biden- or is it Harris -administration does nothing, nor says anything to dissuade knuckleheads like this. J6 "terrorists" must be found and prosecuted but let these crazies do what they want, even if it 'wakes up the bear'. Yes, how about an election and debate in Congress? What a concept!

I'm not optimistic about Congress taking back its power to declare war anytime soon. We no longer have government of the people, by the people and for the people. If Trump wins, I have some hope that he has learned from the past eight years.

The warning about vote fraud is warranted. Lets pray that the Supremes will acquit themselves better than four years ago.

The first story on Redacted's Oct. 28 broadcast was " They are not going to let Trump take office." Even if he wins decisively, the Deep State goons are planning to have angry rioters take to the streets. These groups will have to be 'handled', and so Martial Law will be declared. Trump will be prevented from being sworn in as President.

This is how that DoD directive 240 will be used.

Now we don't know that all of this WILL happen, but there is talk...
