The point about Administrative Law and Covid is that so much of the Covid Regime involves administrative agencies—CDC and FDA, above all—and that’s what Admin Law is all about:
Lawmakers doing what they are supposed to do…we knew this was going on:
"Lawmakers seek federal grand jury investigation for COVID-19 statistical manipulation”
The CDC adopted a "double-standard exclusively for COVID-19 data collection" that inflated cases and deaths starting early in the pandemic, violating multiple federal laws and distorting mitigation policies, Oregon lawmakers told the feds' top lawyer in the state.
Advised by "a large team of world-renowned doctors, epidemiologists, virologists, and attorneys," state Senators Kim Thatcher and Dennis Linthicum petitioned U.S. Attorney Scott Asphaug to approve a grand jury investigation into how the pandemic is being measured.
"Public health policy must be based upon accurate and independently verifiable data to optimize outcomes and strengthen the public's trust in the people leading them through this crisis," the Republican lawmakers, whose state has imposed some of the harshest and longest COVID restrictions, wrote in a letter with several attached exhibits.
One is a synopsis of allegations, findings, relevant law and implicated agencies intended to 'assist grand jury members in orienting themselves to the scope of alleged crimes committed.’"
This can't be stressed enough: the dysfunction and collapse IS the plan. I am getting so sick of otherwise intelligent conservative commentators who churn out post after post amounting to a figurative scratch of the head-- "Wow! Can you believe the dumb thing [insert Regime entity] did this time!!??" as if it's some accident or innocent incompetence that all of these policies and actions all just happen to trend toward our mass subjugation and societal collapse. Wake up, people. It's no accident. This IS the desired end. This is Cloward Piven writ large on a federal scale. If each of us hasn't adequately stored up quantities of food, fuel, ammo, and cash we will be utterly unable to protest when the Regime brings the next great Crisis as we will be predictably dependent upon them for our sustenance--- which is the plan.
DACA was an example of this. When Obama couldn’t get his Dreamer program legislated into law, then DHS secretary Janet Napolitan wrote up some kind of paper and the next thing we knew, we had DACA. It entered our country under the aegis of the very agency charged with preventing the illegal invasion of our country by - in this case - juvenile migrants.
If we really think about it, we have been subjected to a great deal of “administrative law” in our lifetimes. It is just getting worse in Obama’s third term.
