Hi Mark, I finished reading a post from 2008 here on substack... it says comments are only for paid subscribers? I don't have a lot to say but am hoping you can toggle the setting for those posts to open, since you are only taking pledges at the moment? 🙂
That's strange--shouldn't be. Were you reading the old blog or the posts imported into substack? Which one? If I have to toggle for each one that could be time consuming.
Agreed, don't toggle each one. I may not have ever made a "pledge" which will count as "paid" and I can do that. It is a fine post imported into substack: your take on Ratzinger's Erasmus (!) Lecture.

I'll try to look that up and see what the story is. I'm glad you liked it--it's an important post.
