There’s little doubt that what drives the elite ruling class of the West is eugenics and a push for depopulation—NOW. The fact that the elites have embraced Fascism in a Globalist mode fits right in with population control proposals that leave the Nazis in the dust. Watch any of the pro-abortion demonstrations and you’re sure to see people screaming about the joys of killing babies. No, that’s not an exaggeration. Safe, legal, and rare is so 70s—it’s now quite explicitly all about killing children. Which is a bit bizarre, considering:
If you doubt any of this consider the vast amount of money that has been spent by the West—by foundations like Rockefeller and others, by NGOs, by various “charities” and UN associated agencies—in the effort to decrease population. It doesn’t matter that fertility is dropping precipitously worldwide. Nor does this appear to be driven simply by ecological concerns—not when you look at the current rhetoric.
The use of vaccines and stealth sterilization in the Third World for fertility cancellation appears well documented. Now there are increasing concerns that the mRNA injections touted by the Covid Regime—major funders of which are clearly eugenicists—may be part of this eugenic project of depopulation. Naturally, any links in declines in fertility to the mRNA injections are being preemptively denied—it’s all somehow coincidental:

Given the adamance with which mRNA injections have been pushed on subject populations by eugenic fanatics, one would have to be terribly naive to dismiss a link between the injections and the dramatic decline in fertility. The insistence that the whole world must be shot up with spike protein—known to concentrate heavily in the reproductive organs—also seems like a bit of a giveaway. If so, it hasn’t gone entirely according to plan, because large areas in the Third World are just saying No. Still, Zhou has informed us that there will be another pandemic, so another chance.

In 2009 SCOTUS Justice Ginsburg wrote: “I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don’t want to have too many of.” Ginsburg never identified who comprised the "populations that we don’t want to have too many of.” However comparing the positions which Sanger and Ginsburg espoused makes it clear which population they referred to.
