This is a narrow ruling--religious exemption--for the time being, but it may help open the door to broader challenges. It would seem that any decision to enforce such a vaccine mandate should be based on a true public health emergency. In such a situation, simply firing people hardly seems like an adequate response--shouldn’t forcible injection be the result of a refusal? Again, religious opposition, if the public is threatened with mass deaths?

There are already places where WalMarts are being forced to close, to restock shelves, as they're so short of people and can't hire more, having put in place employee mandates which enough prospective and current employees are responding to with "**** that!" >

We should've seen evidentiary hearings, no later than when the governors' 30 or 60 day "emergency" windows expired.
That legislatures failed to hold such hearings strongly suggests, that the fix was in from the start.
Emergency powers seem far too easy--too close to rule by decree.
