Turkey’s membership in NATO has, for some time, been a special case. Rapprochement with Syria would be a clear defiance of the Anglo-Zionist Empire. That, in turn, would impact NATO meddling both in the Black Sea generally as well as across the Caucasus into Turkic Central Asia, where the Anglo-Zionists have attempted regime changes in the past.
This change has been in the wind for a while. Turkey and Iran have been having high level meetings for months. Of course the two countries could be focusing on Azerbaijan - Armenia, but it’s hard to believe that they haven’t been also talking about Syria, where Turkey has been opposing Assad (with the Anglo-Zionists) against Assad’s Iranian and Hezbollah allies, while also opposing (with Iran) the Anglo-Zionists’ Kurdish proxies. The whole Syrian entanglement goes hand in hand with the Kurdish question in Turkey, Iran, and northern Iraq. It inevitably leads to friction with the Anglo-Zionists’ constant use of the Kurds as proxies for destabilizing the region. An understanding among the countries with major Kurdish populations—Turkey, Iran, Iraq, Syria—inevitably militates against the Anglo-Zionist Empire, and makes good sense for those countries.
This has major and very practical implications for the Anglo-Zionist presence in the entire region. NATO’s major Incirlik airbase is in Turkey, near the border with NW Syria. Turkey also effectively dominates northern Cyprus, which hosts the NATO bases that provide direct support to Israel. Turkey has, in recent weeks, begun ISR flights across Cyprus, clearly gathering intelligence on NATO activities on Cyprus. One supposes that that information is already being shared with Russia and Iran and, in some form, with Hezbollah.
That’s all context for what we read this morning:

Turkish President Erdogan: "We are ready to develop relations with Syria as we did in the past."
*Bashar Al-Assad also expressed the same will a few days ago, based on the sovereignty of the Syrian state over its Entire territory.

| Syrian President Bashar al-Assad affirmed that Syria is open to all initiatives related to the relationship between Syria and Turkey, which are based on the sovereignty of the Syrian state over its Entire territory and the fight against terrorism and its organizations.
The Anglo-Zionists keep attempting escalations against Russia while continually talking pivots to and war against China. Meanwhile, gradually, the Anglo-Zionist Empire is being forced to the fringes of the Middle East, and even out of the region. There are still plenty of bases, but they are increasingly vulnerable. And in the meantime the constitutional order back home in America is in increasing disarray.

Russian Special Flight Squadron • Il-96-300 (RA-96019) back from New York.
Both planes also visited Washington Dulles Airport, stayed 24h and left for Moscow. The 2nd plane (RA-96018) is still in Washington.
Interesting...
How easy or difficult would it be for Turkey to actually leave NATO?
Historically they have "faced" East for centuries. It was only in the last century or so, they turned more to the West.
It seems to me, Turkey future prosperity and security lie in the East
