We’ve all heard the stupid jokes about from the past about Russia being a gas station with nukes. Recently the Israeli newspaper Haaretz—in its article stating that Israel has been totally defeated over the past 6 months—applied that to Israel:
No cabinet minister will restore our sense of personal security. Every Iranian threat will make us tremble. Our international standing was dealt a beating. Our leadership's weakness was revealed to the outside. For years we managed to fool them into thinking we were a strong country, a wise people and a powerful army. In truth, we're a shtetl with an air force, and that's on the condition that its awakened in time.
Actually they could have just as well said that Israel is a shtetl with nukes. Iran’s response to Israeli attacks has demonstrated that Iran is capable of reaching out and touching Israel’s Dimona nuclear power plant any time it wants—with ballistic missiles. The radiation effect of such a strike is said to be far worse than a strike with nuclear weapons (which are typically “low yield”), and it would take place in a small country, causing complete chaos. In effect, Israel’s nuclear power plant holds its nuclear “deterrent” hostage. The world has changed since Israel stole its nuclear technology from the US—perhaps with some complicity—but the Zionist mentality never seems to change.
There’s a lot going on, so here’s just a brief update. Israel is increasingly cutting itself off from the rest of the world—literally:

Expect that list to grow. Jordan has also, apparently, been put on notice:

Now, Israel is running off at the mouth. The reality, of course, is that Israel is unable to wage war against Iran on its own—it needs to draw the US into war in a big way, and that would—at the absolute best—be a can of worms for the US. Not just politically, but geostrategically and militarily in almost every conceivable way. Here is a good summary of the kind of things being said, but a reading between the lines suggests that Israel is aware that it long ago ceased to be an sovereign country and is totally dependent on the American Empire:

This sounds to me like bluster intended to twist the American arm. Whether it works or not is up to us. Our elected “representatives” are predictably kowtowing to their Israeli paymasters. Will the Executive Branch put its foot down? Time will tell.
Vladimir Putin:
'In response to Israe's criminal act, and in light of the failure of the UN Security Council to condemn this act, Iran appropriately punished the aggressor'
The modern battlefield ‘grey zone’ advantaging the defender has Israel in a bind. Their neighbours learned their lesson and will no longer come at them in vulnerable armoured columns. They’re happy to sit and wait it out and Israel can’t afford an attritional conflict.
Israel wants to attack but knows it can’t, all that it has at its disposal is the US military or nuclear weapons.
