While all sorts of people from different agencies can attend such meetings, we should assume that Kama Sutra and Sullivan are in charge of the agenda, not any additional attendees.

 A Video has appeared of hitting the Russian patrol boat "Sergei Kotov" near the Crimean bridge

The Ukrainian GUR has already taken responsibility for the night attack on the boat.

According to them, on the night of March 4-5, 2024, the special unit of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense "Group 13" attacked the patrol ship of the Russian Black Sea Fleet "Sergey Kotov".

As a result of an attack by maritime drones “Magura V5”, the Russian ship of project 22160 “Sergey Kotov” received damage to the stern, starboard and left sides.
