It’s very much about the Middle East. Ideologues like Nuland don’t jump overboard on a whim—only when they lose influence. Note, too, that Gantz is meeting with the White House people. While all sorts of people from different agencies can attend such meetings, we should assume that Kama Sutra and Sullivan are in charge of the agenda, not any additional attendees.

The Ukrainian GUR has already taken responsibility for the night attack on the boat.
