It’s starting to look that way …
These steps were taken in close consultation with corporate lawyers—count on that.
GE, 3M, and Verizon have also stopped forcing vaccinations…

And, oh yeah, HCA, the largest hospital chain in America. So that’s over a half-million employees set free right there.
Oracle (world's #2 software company, 132,000 employees) will not mandate Covid vaccinations

This follows the federal district court stay of the Biden vaccine mandate for federal contractors:
And at Zerohedge there’s an article that offers some pointed commentary on these developments:
Panic? US Mega-Corporations Rush To Abandon Vax Mandate
Authored by Daniel McAdams via The Ron Paul Institute,
This week's nationwide annihilation of Biden's Federal Contractor vaccine mandate at the hands Georgia Federal Judge R. Stan Baker has resulted in a landslide retreat of cowardly mega-corporations from their so-confident bullying of American workers.
Biden's illegal gamble, the nationwide Federal contractor vaccine mandate, has like his previous Medicare mandate and OSHA if-you-have-100-workers-mandatory-vax mandate been ripped to shreds early on in the courts.
Biden's mandates have always been a bullying gamble, an admission that they knew they were engaging in illegal acts but that they would continue to use the not-insignificant weapons of the executive branch to blast as much harm as possible until the courts stepped in and noted the obvious: "You can't do this!"
Cynics - and I sympathize - will say that the courts could have ruled either way so don't get too excited.
That's the lesson of the past two years: There is nothing below us as we look down. It takes our breath away. We now understand that our civilization has been built on a pile of sand and any determined entity could tunnel under us as we are distracted by the human necessities of providing for our families and living our finite lives as best as possible.
This horrible reality cannot be unseen.

Employment law can be a jungle, but I’d sure like to see some class action suits going forward. Make these monsters pay.
And how about this? The Dem governor of Colorado—behind a blizzard of self righteous rhetoric—has, in effect, declared victory and gone home:
Colorado Gov. Jared Polis, a Democrat, declared in a new interview that the COVID-19 emergency is "over" and that he won’t be implementing another statewide mask mandate in response to the spread of the omicron variant, explaining that if people aren’t vaccinated at this point it’s their "own darn fault" if they get sick.
…
"The emergency is over," he said. "You know, public health [officials] don’t get to tell people what to wear; that's just not their job. Public health [officials] would say to always wear a mask because it decreases flu and decreases [other airborne illnesses]. But that's not something that you require; you don't tell people what to wear. You don't tell people to wear a jacket when they go out in winter and force them to [wear it]. If they get frostbite, it's their own darn fault.
"If you haven't been vaccinated, that's your choice. I respect that. But it's your fault when you're in the hospital with COVID," he added.
I suspect this really means the polling is telling him that people are fed up. He knows which way the wind is blowing.
But let’s not forget—there’s lots of ‘splainin’ that needs to be done. Lots. Twenty thousand deaths in VAERS is just the beginning:
All-cause mortality in Germany is rapidly rising
Alex Berenson Dec 10
During the second half of November Germany - the largest country in Europe - had a death rate almost 25% above normal, compared to 17% above normal in the first half of the month.
These extra deaths are mostly NOT from Covid.
For all of November, Germany reported almost 15,000 extra deaths. Excess deaths were almost normal in the spring and early summer; they have sharply risen since then.
Germany’s mass vaccination campaign for most adults began late. On May 1, only 8 percent of German adults were fully vaccinated. On September 1, 61 percent were.
Is anyone even going to start asking questions, or are the public health authorities just too scared of what the answers might be?
Lawsuits will be bigger than asbestos…
Unless some emergency legislation happens.
Hmm, hungry lawyers that are heavy Democratic supporters vs Big Pharma - who has more clout in congress?
I wonder if schools can be sued?
Polis' comments - What??? So, he hasn't been in charge of his health dept, or is he bucking the feds and "the science" man himself, Fauci? Or, did he suddenly got a spine? Or, did he just finally have an epiphany that shutting down the ski resorts and then, when reopening, realize that they don't have the people they need to open up and make money -- which gets taxed and provides revenues to an already strapped (read: Medicaid expansion) state, has become a real issue?!
