Who Says Insurance Is Boring?
This is from an article I read last night and put aside for this morning. Readers have also noted it. It’s all pretty self explanatory, if “baffling”—a word that crops up repeatedly—and not at all like reading an insurance policy. It offers striking corroboration for what we’ve been hearing here in the US in recent weeks:
An explosive case is currently being hotly debated on social media: In France, a rich, older entrepreneur from Paris is said to have died as a result of a Corona injection. Previously, he had taken out multi-million dollar life insurance policies for the benefit of his children and grandchildren, according to a media report.
Although vaccination is recognized as the cause of death by doctors and the insurance company, it has refused to pay out. The reason is because the side effects of the Corona jabs are known and published. They argue that the deceased took part in an experiment at his own risk. Covid-19 in itself is not classed as a “critical illness”.
According to the company, an experimental vaccination resulting in death is like suicide
The insurance company justified the refusal of payment to the family by stating that the use of experimental medication or treatments, including Corona injections, is expressly excluded from the insurance contract. The family’s subsequent lawsuit against the insurance company has been unsuccessful.
The court allegedly justified its ruling as follows: “The side effects of the experimental vaccine are published and the deceased could not claim to have known nothing about it when he voluntarily took the vaccine. There is no law or mandate in France that compelled him to be vaccinated. Hence his death is essentially suicide.” Since suicide is not covered by the policy from the outset, the insurance refuses to budge.
This case has not yet been reported in France ‘s mainstream media. The case was published by the family’s lawyer, Carlo Alberto Brusa, on social media. Unfortunately, no sources or court records are given, which is why the authenticity of the report cannot currently be verified although there have been other warnings regarding the risk associated with the jabs recognized by insurers. In the US, the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI) has denied reports of non-payment.
Global difficulties for insurers due to vaccines
Actuaries have been warning that rising claims will be eroding the capital which insurers set aside to avoid insolvency. Notably, older people do not take out life insurance, which means that the claims have been from younger clients. Insurers say that they expect a rise in excess deaths.
According to Alex Berenson, the risk of injury or death from the jab is exceptionally high judging from Canadian data.
The refusal to pay for a vaccine-related death may not be surprising since globally the life insurance industry has been hit with reported claims of $5,5 billion in the first nine months of 2021 versus $3,5 billion for the whole of 2020, according to insurance broker Howden.
Dutch insurer Aegon, with two-thirds of its business in the US, said its American claims in the third quarter were $111 million, up from $31 million a year earlier.
Related stories, from November and December but in no particular order, gleaned from the sidebar of this article with brief excerpts. Follow the links for a lot more detail:
The physicist Dr. Ute Bergner, on November 17, delivered a speech in front of the Thuringian state parliament in which she presented an alarming study she had commissioned.
The number of Covid deaths reported by the RKI in the period under review consistently only represents a relatively small part of excess mortality and above all cannot explain the critical issue – the higher the vaccination rate, the higher the excess mortality.
The most obvious explanation however is that being fully vaccinated increases the likelihood of death.
Of course, other explanations are possible but not very likely:
Last week the number of deaths was more than 20 percent higher than usual for this time of year. The Dutch Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) reported 3 750 deaths, nearly 850 more than expected.
According to the statistical office, the higher mortality can be seen in all age groups.
Statistics Netherlands does not yet have an explanation for the higher mortality. More deaths of Corona patients were registered at RIVM last week.
It is estimated that 2,100 people aged 80 and older died last week. That is almost 500 more than expected. Mortality in this age group has been remarkably high for four weeks. This also applies to people aged 65 to 80. In this age group, 1,200 people died last week, nearly 300 more than expected. Among people under the age of 65, the death rate last week was an estimated 450, more than 50 more than expected.
In the Netherlands, 85 percent of people over the age of 18 are fully vaccinated, and many had their jabs only recently. Vaccine salespeople maintain that the shots offer protection in the first few months before the “protection” starts to wane. They blame the unvaccinated for the rise in deaths. This is obviously false.
"If the Coronavirus isn't to blame, then what?" This is the question that was addressed by Rafael Cascón Porres, researcher at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM).
The Spanish newspaper La Razón reported on this bafflement which has struck various experts in an article dated December 6, 2021.
In November there were 2994 more deaths than in the same period last year, although this number is still preliminary. According to the Ministry of Health, there were only about 640 deaths recorded from Covid-19 in the same month in 2020.
In other words, compared to the twenty deaths per day attributable to Covid, there are almost 100 more deaths per day (80 if one subtracts the deaths attributable to Covid) without the cause being known, Cascón Porres told the newspaper.
The reason for this is unknown, according to La Razón. Dr. Juan González del Castillo, coordinator of the Infectious Diseases Group of the Spanish Society for Emergency Medicine (Semes), said that emergency departments never detected the excessive number of deaths – neither from Covid, nor from flu, nor from accidents.
“At the moment only very few cases of severe Covid are registered. There are first cases of flu, but they only occur very sporadically. I can’t explain the excessive mortality reported by MOMO, at least we don’t see them in the emergency room.”
In one hospital in the US state of Michigan, patients are flooding into emergency rooms with “respiratory problems”, “blood clots” and... “heart conditions”.
In Sweden, the emergency rooms in Jönköping and Värnamo are overflowing with patients, and both clinics have noticed that the cases are much more serious than usual.
... But no one knows why this has been happening.
The rise in heart attacks from blocked arteries in Scotland has public health experts “baffled”. Recent mortality data for England and Wales shows that young people, particularly in the 15 to 19 age group, are dying in significantly greater numbers, with excess deaths between 16 percent and 47 percent above expected levels between May and September, 2021.
Mark McGowan, the premier of Western Australia told Sky News Australia on October 31: “Our hospitals are under enormous pressure. This is the same in [the rest of Australia]. This has been something no one has ever seen before, the growth in demand in our hospitals, why it is hard, hard to know… There is a huge number of people coming through the door, so we’re doing everything we can to try to manage it.”
Covid-19 is certainly not causing the hospital crisis in Western Australia since the state has almost no cases. Instead it boasts very high vaccination rates.
Something’s happenin’ here.
Those are, as I said, very brief excerpts. Snapshots that come from around the injected world. Are the experts “baffled” because they’re avoiding the obvious explanation? The obvious correlations? Is there something that must not be mentioned?
