What's Up With That Bob Saget Autopsy Report?

Briefly, the autopsy report attributes Saget’s death to accident, like:

maybe he fell and then went to sleep, and then died.

Neuro-surgeons have expressed disbelief:

“This is significant trauma,” said Dr. Gavin Britz, the chair in neurosurgery at Houston Methodist. “This is something I find with someone with a baseball bat to the head, or who has fallen from 20 or 30 feet.”

How do you fall 20 or 30 feet while remaining inside a hotel room? That’s a real puzzler!

“In order to do that — when I first saw this, if I knew nothing else about what had happened, you would think that maybe this was someone who had fallen down the stairs and had several impacts to the head or been unrestrained in a car accident,” [Dr. Sanjay] Gupta said. “I mean, it was that degree of force.”
