Biden is now going to create one of the more jarring and incongruous moments in the history of the Supreme Court. When the justices will hear arguments on the use of race in admissions, one member will have been selected initially through an exclusionary criteria of race and sex.
This kind of stuff is not good for the country, but I can’t remember when the last time was that that was a consideration for Dems.
