Now, don't tell me you've never heard of Political Science. They teach it in all the universities.
I wouldn't trust this map. Maryland for example doesnt technically have a statewide mandate buuuut all state employees are required and many counties require it, so doubt this is a useful tool for anything beyond hopium addiction.
