Nope. Not surprised at all. I’ve always assumed that this was the case. Margot Cleveland has that first part of the story:
Grassley Reveals He Has Already Seen The Bombshell Whistleblower Doc The FBI Is Hiding
Sen. Chuck Grassley has already seen the FBI’s lengthy summary of a confidential human source’s claims that then-Vice President Joe Biden agreed to accept money from a foreign national to affect policy decisions, the Iowa Republican revealed on Thursday. Grassley further pledged to make the FBI report public as soon as the bureau complies with a congressional subpoena to provide an official copy of the FD-1023 form — something Director Christopher Wray has so far refused to do.
There are at least two points of interest here. The first is this. Did the FBI whistleblower show Grassley just one Biden Crime Family doc? Is Grassley being a bit coy, playing something close to his vest? Cleveland again:
That Grassley has already seen the FD-1023 summary of the CHS’s allegations raises the likelihood that the senator had access to additional documentary support for the whistleblower’s claims. For instance, according to the whistleblower, FBI Supervisory Intelligence Analyst Brian Auten opened an “assessment” in August 2020 and then improperly discredited the “verified and verifiable” derogatory intel about Hunter Biden.
Paul Sperry brought up that matter re Auten yesterday—culled from Grassley’s letter to Wray. If we’re talking about bombshell revelations of bad behavior by Wray’s FBI, how do we rate the fact that as late as 2020—after all the revelations of misbehavior by Auten—he was still in place, still covering for the Deep State, still acting for Barr’s and Wray’s campaign to remove Trump?
Another matter of real interest here is Grassley’s promise to make this particular doc public—my recollection is that it is NOT classified. “Make public,” of course, doesn’t mean the story will be covered by US State Media, but the word will get out. So now the news is that Wray has caved:
FBI To Finally Hand Over Biden Corruption Docs Under Threat Of Contempt
Rather than face a potential contempt of Congress vote in the GOP-controlled House, the FBI has agreed to hand over a subpoenaed document from the Biden family investigation which a whistleblower says contains allegations that Joe Biden, when he was VP, engaged in a bribery scheme to change US policy in return for $5 million to his family businesses.
We’ve already seen how the web of “family businesses” were transparently the cover for money laundering—that was the family business.
FBI Director Christopher Wray indicated as recently as Wednesday that he wouldn't turn over the document, but would allow lawmakers to come to the FBI and read it in person. According to Just the News, however, a deal was struck late Thursday for the FBI to bring the document to the Capitol.
"Chairman Comer will receive a briefing from the FBI and review the document on Monday," his committee told JTN. "Chairman Comer has been clear that anything short of producing the FD-1023 form to the House Oversight Committee is not compliance with his subpoena. This unclassified record contains pages of details that need to be investigated further by the House Oversight Committee."
Now, the FBI maintains that source reporting of this sort doesn’t necessarily prove the truth of the allegations. That is certainly true. However, that’s what investigations—remember, we are talking about the Federal Bureau of Investigation here—are for. To sort things out. I have not seen the FBI say anywhere, We reviewed it and seemed like complete BS to us reasons XYZ. Instead, the FBI statements simply talk around that issue:
The bureau also cautioned that FD-1023 forms are “used by FBI agents to record unverified reporting by a confidential human source. Documenting the information does not validate it, establish its credibility, or weigh it against other information verified by the FBI.
“Revealing unverified or possibly incomplete information could harm investigations, prejudice prosecutions or judicial proceedings, unfairly violate privacy or reputations, create misimpressions in the public, or potentially identify individuals who provide information to law enforcement, placing their physical safety at risk,” it added.
Plus, there is any amount of corroborating information that is solid and publicly available. Plus the Auten angle is also highly suggestive. Does Grassley have even more inside-the-FBI info? That’s one of the questions that Wray—waste of space that he is—is probably asking himself.
Of course the question on my mind, for which I have no answer, is this: Is this part of an elaborate DC charade designed to rid the Imperial City of the Zhou regime by defenestrating—I couldn’t think of a fancy Latin way to say ‘throwing under a bus’—Zhou? In other words, is the Deep State desperate enough to cut its losses in Ukraine, to rid itself of Zhou and his Neocon handlers, that they will now even—all other leaks having failed to date—risk helping Trump? One risk at a time, right? The biggest risk for now is geopolitical disaster. The Trump menace will have to wait its turn to be dealt with.
Wait and see, I guess. I mean, Zhou being totally corrupt and his pervert son being part of the corruption has to be about the biggest bi-partisan/Uniparty non-news there could possibly be in DC. There must be something else going on.
They aren't investigating it- only a fool would believe that.
I might add that we were always terrified of giving ANYTHING unredacted to Congress, due to the leak situation, which was endemic. That much said, we were often required to do so, including classified documents (e.g., Benghazi).
