So Much Going On
It's almost impossible to keep up with it all, and it's certainly impossible to write about it all.
Shipwreckedcrew has a new article about a big development that could impact heavily on the whole complex of things revolving around the Russia Hoax:
I guarantee you, you need to read this.
Just for starters, the judge who let Devon Archer off the hook--which is why his conviction had to be reinstated--has an interesting connection:
The trial judge is a familiar individual if you’ve been paying attention to various anti-Trump efforts by the Democrats and the media — District Judge Ronnie Abrams.
Judge Abrams is the daughter of high profile New York First Amendment attorney Floyd Abrams, the brother of noted television personality Dan Abrams, AND MOST INTERESTINGLY the wife of Mueller Special Counsel prosecutor Greg Andres. She was appointed by Pres. Obama in 2011.
I’m beyond giving anyone connected to the Obama Justice Department or the Special Counsel’s Office the benefit of the doubt on matters involving Pres. Trump. Andres had been a Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the Obama DOJ Criminal Division in 2010-12.
The Mueller SCO was in full swing from June 2018 to November 2018, when Judge Abrams was thinking about, and ultimately decided to take Devon Archer off the hook and eliminate any incentive he might have to cooperate with the Trump Justice Department. The Second Circuit opinion is quite “dismissive” of the rationale she offered for doing so in her written opinion. They remanded the case back to the district court for sentencing. That’s where things might get interesting.
Devon Archer, who was, as SWC says, "joined at the hip" with Hunter Biden throughout Hunter's and Joe Biden's Ukraine--AND CHINA--escapades, stands to get some very serious jail time.
We all know that what we call the "Russia Hoax" is tied into a much bigger web of corruption. The Ukraine corruption we know has financed the likes of Adam Schiff and Nancy Pelosi, to name just two. Ukrainian operatives were also very active participants in the Russia Hoax. Is it any wonder that Bill Barr says that his investigation is "sprawling?" Of course it is.
Trump told Maria Bartiromo that when he questioned Barr about why Jim Comey hasn't been prosecuted, when there's evidence against Obama and Biden, Barr responded that he had "bigger fish to fry."
Number One: I don't doubt Barr. Money is behind all of this, and what's public only scratches the surface. The money people are the ones who call the shots when their money is at stake. If, as sundance likes to say, there are trillions at stake--and I accept that--and if Donald Trump being POTUS puts those trillions in jeopardy for the money people, then count on it: they're calling the shots on the whole complex web of corruption
Number Two: Who thinks Trump is just like the rest of us, waiting to find out what Barr's been up to? Please. Trump has a damned good idea about all of this. The real question remains, How much of all this will Barr and Durham be able to put together into a prosecutable package?
