Here’s the short version:

BREAKING: The FBI had over 40 confidential human sources involved in Biden family criminal investigations.
However, the FBI's Washington Field Office shut down subpoenas, search warrants, and investigations into the Bidens, according to documents obtained by Sen. Chuck Grassley.
The revelations were laid out in a letter Grassley, R-Iowa, wrote to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray late Tuesday night obtained by Fox News Digital.
"Based on the information provided to my office over a period of years by multiple credible whistleblowers, there appears to be an effort within the Justice Department and FBI to shut down investigative activity relating to the Biden family," Grassley wrote in a letter to Attorney General Garland and FBI Director Wray.
"Such decisions point to significant political bias infecting the decision-making of not only the Attorney General and FBI Director, but also line agents and prosecutors."
He added: "Our Republic cannot survive such a political infection, and you have an obligation to this country to clear the air."

Grassley specifically points the finger at the Attorney General and the FBI Director at the time in question—Bluto Barr and Waste of Space Wray. Grassley is correct. Criminal investigations are not shut down without DoJ input. While that can happen in ordinary circumstances at the local lever of the local US Attorney’s office, that’s not the case here. We already know that Barr was well aware of these investigations, as was Wray.
The mechanism that was used was to claim that the information was “foreign disinformation.”
Fox doesn’t have a copy of the letter, but you can read more details at their thorough article:
Barr. Most corrupt AG in history.
I don’t know Mark, this just smacks of Russian disinformation. In fact I’m pretty sure that I could get at least 50 or so former intelligence community members to write a letter confirming the fact. Can’t believe that you were so easily taken in by such an obvious ploy. I know, I know, but I just couldn’t resist! :-)
"Such decisions point to significant political bias infecting the decision-making of not only the Attorney General and FBI Director, but also line agents and prosecutors." I'm not normally inclined to shouting, but I think it's warranted in this case. It's not political bias! It's obstruction of justice, arguably a criminal offense, arguably bordering on treason. And Congress does nothing! Enough said? How do you spell c-o-m-p-l-i-c-i-t? This about far more than just the FBI.
