Correct. This is why you need to impeach the justice responsible. It happened on their watch, they must pay the price. And that’s assuming the justice wasn’t personally involved. It is highly likely the justice instigated their young and impressionable clerk, at least indirectly.

Just one more accomplishment from the “Robert’s” court. Let’s see, completely reframe the arguments regarding Obama Care and the twist yourself into a legal pretzel so the law can stand. Then you distinguish yourself by getting all bent out of shape because someone suggests that there are “Clinton” judges, “Obama” judges and that judges have a political leaning that affects their decisions! So now you have a “historic” leak that could permanently undermine the Supreme Court, how’s that possible with all those apolitical and objective folks at the court?
