In the war of resistance to the Global Covid Regime, the data is ultimately on the side of the Resistance. You can see that with the stiffening resistance to mandates. With basically all governments and all the MSM spouting the propaganda narrative, with major social media censoring dissenting voices, the truth is still getting out. However, where push will come to shove will be in court cases—which are developing as we speak. In that setting the Establishment will have to present facts to back their unreasonable and anti-scientific positions. The Resistance will have the facts on their side. Two examples. First, from one of the article cited by Robert Malone this morning:
The emperor has no clothes: COVID math simply doesn’t add up
Eighteen months of COVID-related health data show the numbers promulgated by public health officials and mainstream media vastly overstate the risk of COVID and downplay the risk of vaccines.
The article is brimming over with facts about vaccines, injuries, cases, etc. However I will quote a none statistically oriented passage—yet one that exhibits the type of information that will come out:
Why are the institutionalized elderly faring so poorly? In the U.K. reporters and undertakers have furnished one possible answer, sharing troubling on-the-ground descriptions about illegal euthanasia alleged to be taking place on a widespread basis in care homes as well as hospitals.
In the U.S., meanwhile, regulators, hospitals and pharmacies have implemented equally disturbing policies that require withholding inexpensive drugs, such as ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine — shown elsewhere to be effective and safe — while essentially forcing hospitalized COVID patients onto protocols that are not only unhelpful but murderous.
Mexico City achieved up to a 76% reduction in COVID hospitalizations by making ivermectin-based home treatment kits widely available. With evidence like this, why are U.S. hospitals stubbornly adhering to life-threatening protocols involving remdesivir (known to produce fluid in the lungs and longer hospital stays) and intubation?
One rather dark answer is that hospitals are not only immune from liability for any fatal outcomes resulting from this approach but receive hefty federal payments — including a 20% Medicare “add-on” that may sum up to as much as $40,000 for patients who spend four or more days on a ventilator.
Although hospitals may hasten to refute that these factors are at play, the growing number of hospital whistleblowers is becoming hard to ignore.
Compare that to this development in Florida, republished by Zerohedge. T?his involved a vax mandate for all city employees in Gainesville—a heavily Dem city:
Circuit Judge Monica Brasington, a Sen. Rick Scott appointee, granted a request for an emergency injunction. That means the mandate, which was slated to take effect on Oct. 1, is blocked for now.
“The city did not put on any evidence, at all, at the injunction hearing,” Brasington wrote in a 7-page ruling.
“Without any evidence, the court is unable to consider whether the vaccine mandate serves a compelling interest through the least restrictive means, whether the vaccine mandate meets a strict scrutiny test, a rational basis test, or whether it meets any other standard,” she added.
Gainesville’s City Commission on Aug. 5 decided all city employees needed to get vaccinated against the virus that causes COVID-19. A week later, City Manager Lee Feldman ordered employees to get at least one dose by Oct. 1 and be fully vaccinated by Oct. 14.
More than 200 Gainesville employees sued, noting that the effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines in stopping transmission of the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus has stopped. They also said that the mandate did not make sense because many of them have natural immunity, or protection from having had COVID-19, and because area hospitals were not experiencing a shortage of beds.
Least restrictive means, strict scrutiny, rational basis—you can’t meet any standard when you don’t have “any evidence, at all.” City Managers just don’t get to make irrational demands of their employees for no reason at all. This scenario should likely be repeated over and over in the coming weeks and months, at all levels of government.
Now on to Sussmann and politics.
I’ve cited the views of George Parry in the past. He’s a former prosecutor at both the local and the federal level. He has an article today in which he explains the Sussmann indictment. If you haven’t had your fill of that type of article yet, Parry’s is readable and informative:
Those mentioned in the Michael Sussmann indictment knew they didn’t have the goods on Donald Trump but felt they could pass them on to the FBI regardless.
I’ll simply quote the concluding paragraphs that provide Parry’s view of the effect of this indictment. It supports my view that, because Durham has laid bare the conspiracy so that anyone with eyes can see it, this will not go away:
What was their purpose? The conspirators recognized that their Trump Organization–Alfa Bank narrative didn’t hold water and couldn’t withstand analysis by DNS data experts. But they believed it would be plausible enough to get the FBI to investigate. That was the whole point. Once the FBI started an inquiry, the fact that Trump was being investigated by the government for possible ties to Russia would be leaked to the news media.
With that, we are up to the point where the conspirators have concocted their fake narrative, and Sussmann is about to foist it on the FBI. What happens when he does will be the subject of the next article in this series.
So, get out your Ovaltine secret decoder rings, and stay tuned for the next episode of “John Durham Blows Up Washington.”
“John Durham Blows Up Washington.” That is, in fact, the rational implication of the indictment and the conspiracy that it sketches out. I can’t guarantee that result, but if someone doesn’t shut Durham down—just about immediately—that could be the result. Interestingly, Shipwreckedcrew has argued that the one person able to stop Durham, Merrick Garland, is unlikely to do so. SWC’s argument is that, while Garland has done all the predictable Prog things re abortion and border crashing, he’s unlikely to try to tamper with a Grand Jury indictment.
In the meantime, politics continue, and nothing is going right for the Dems. While their polls continue to sink as everything they touch turns to sh*t, one is left to wonder: What is their gameplan? Who do they think they’re fooling?

Conservatives, Republicans, and Trump supporters should start licking their chops in anticipation, because in the very near future the spectacle we've long been waiting for will finally materialize: Democrats and “progressives” will form one of the most brutal and effective circular firing squads of all time!
The trigger for this bloodbath on the Left will be simple: after months of painstaking legislative sausage-making, Democratic efforts to pass a $1 trillion infrastructure bill plus a $3.5 trillion social spending and entitlement bill, will collapse in a heap. The Squad's recent success in getting funding for Israel's “Iron Dome” stricken from a spending bill was a mere shot across the bow. The bigger problem is that the least that Congressional progressives will accept, in terms of new federal funding of their pie-in-the-sky priorities, is far more than moderate Dems, afraid of being swept away by a “red tide” in the 2022 midterm elections, will vote for. The more time that passes, moreover, and the lower “resident” Biden's approval numbers sink, the harder it becomes to corral leftists and centrists into voting for compromise legislation.
Ergo, the Dems' big bet on history-making social spending and entitlement expansion is about to come up empty. The new dawn for the welfare state, for “climate justice”, and for (integrity-less) “democracy” that Democrats and progressives predicted when they captured the White House, House, and Senate in January 2021, has instead become a nightmare in which the Left cannot accomplish any significant reforms at the federal level, but it can be held accountable for the policy mistakes of the Biden Administration, and for the resurgence of COVID, inflation, illegal immigration, street crime, and more.

That last line is the key. With Durham exposing the Dem conspiracy, with the Biden Crime Family story surfacing again—and this time in the MSM—the regime, including Congressional Dems as well as the Zhou regime itself, is in near total disarray in the face of “the resurgence of COVID, inflation, illegal immigration, street crime, and more.”
Only the GOPe could screw this one up.
Lastly, for Catholics, and Christians generally, who are painfully aware that the West as we thought we knew it is crashing down around us, I offer two articles that illustrate the way in which key social institutions have bought into the Great Reset, abandoning the truth of human nature.
This article is interesting because it identifies the death throes of the Conciliar Church. The Conciliar Church was supposed to inaugurate the union of the Church with the borning Global World Order of the 1960s—just as the hollowness of the liberal order and its anti-human animus became all too clear. But the old men of the Vatican, as also the old men of the Prog Left—Zhou, Soros, and the rest—cling to their fantasies and lash out angrily. Bergoglio aligned the Vatican with Hillary and then with Zhou as well as with the Global Covid Regime. Is the future of the West in a unitary authoritarianism or is some Rough Beast slouching our way?
For a glimpse of the utter moral and intellectual bankruptcy of the Conciliar regime, try this one:
New head of JPII marriage institute suggests Church must change its definition of family
Monsignor Philippe Bordeyne claims that 'theologians cannot continue to assert certainties about the family when we see the transformations it is undergoing today.
It’s an interesting and worthwhile article that I recommend. Consider this:
When Bordeyne states that “We theologians cannot continue to assert certainties about the family when we see the transformations it is undergoing today,” he is saying in substance that there is no sure ground from which to assess these transformations, and if need be, to condemn them and to show that they are not in accordance with man’s true needs and calling.
What it amounts to is the Heideggerian notion that “Being” is something that comes to us from the future—not a reality in the present or one from the past. Thus, in this view, modern man is like a surfer, ever searching for “authentic being” as the next best wave of the future. If you catch that next great wave then hurray for you—you’re “On The Right Side Of History” and you can do no wrong, no matter what. For Heidegger that next great wave turned out to be Der Fuehrer and Das Volk and the Reich that embodied their aspirations. For the future. He guessed wrong—at that time.
The point is that this type of relativism has been catastrophic for the West. But that doesn’t mean that we as a civilization will not continue down that disastrous path. Only true conversion to objective reality will save us from worse than we’re already seeing.
Sussmann-related update: Alfa Bank issues additional subpoenae based on revelations from Sussmann Indictment:

Neustar," "Packet Forensics," and "Vostrom Ventures" subpoenaed, along with Joffe associate Saulino, in Alfa's civil suit against FusionGPS. Subpoenae dated 22 September.
Another interesting and very troubling article - written by a doctor - on how our doctors are being constrained from treating Covid early with such things as HCQ and ivermectin. A whole lot more than a slap on the wrist. As Biden would say, “there are CONSEQUENCES!” and they can be really big ones, if doctors dare to step outside the lines set by the CDC and all the other alphabet agencies. Career-threatening.
