The election results in Moldova reveal why EU integration will be a disaster for the country:
- 50.16% are in favor of EU membership and 49.84% are against, with pro-EU votes from abroad pushing Moldova barely over the 50% limit
- In the autonomous region of Gagauzia, 95% voted against EU integration. Forcing this region into the EU will destabilise Moldova and fuel secessionist sentiments
- Bloc politics is destructive to deeply divided societies, and will undermine democracy as Sandu uses authoritarian means to push the country towards the EU
- This could repeat the Ukrainian scenario, where the pro-Russians in Eastern Ukraine were being forced into an anti-Russian bloc

Moldova's rigged EU referendum "voted in favour" of joining the EU by 50.4% to 49.6%.
No led until the last minute when 180,000 votes from Moldovans living in the EU were added in at a claimed 90% Yes.
While allegedly only 5% of the 300,000 Moldovans living in Russia voted!

Moldovan authorities opened only two polling stations in Moscow for 400,000 Moldovan citizens living in Russia (instead of 17 in the past). And someone calls the current Moldovan authorities “democratic”? Gross manipulation of elections and referendum on #EU membership.
Apparently the hot rumor was that an Iranian American at the Pentagon was the prime suspect in the leak case. The Pentagon has denied that:

The Times of Israel reported Monday that two anonymous senior Israeli officials have expressed concern about the former President Donald Trump’s repeated calls for the Gaza conflict to end.
It seems the Israelis are becoming suspicious that Trump’s calls for a “quick” end to the genocide may be a sneaky way of backing out of support—after the election. Trump’s peaceful noises made in the direction of Iran can’t help but fuel Israeli suspicions.

It turns out that, for the neocons, social and economic policies were just window-dressing.
One of the big political realignments of the Donald Trump era has been the return of many, perhaps most, leading neoconservatives to their ancestral homes in the Democratic Party. The ideological descendants of Scoop Jackson have made peace with a party that is in many respects more radical than the one they deserted under George McGovern, all because it no longer calls for America itself to come home.
The other interesting aspect to this is that the Dems appear to be scrambling for GOP voters because their base if fracturing—at least those are the headlines I’m seeing.

Israel can't ban journalists from going into Lebanon like they can in Gaza, so when Israel claimed there was a bunker under a hospital in Beirut the press just sent a bunch of reporters to investigate and they immediately saw Israel was lying. That's why they ban press from Gaza.
