Ritter says the same thing, stipulating that Putin wouldn't favor that but that all bets are off after the direct attack on Putin, that the mood among Russian leaders has changed sharply. The fact that the recent Oreshnik strike was virtually on the Polish border was probably among other things a message. Ritter also has strong arguments re the purpose of the attack on Putin and the Duran guys are suggesting that Putin and the leadership are currently in private meetings discussing more aggressive measures in response to the US Deep State.
Seems to me any citizen of a state should have standing to challenge election laws, not just a candidate. Clean elections are a pillar of our constitutional republic.
