I’m catching up on news. I saw this a day or two ago, but today with the other legal news it seems worth noting:

Here’s the funny part. What this means is basically they city will have to find positions for the unvaxxed teachers or pay them to stay home--they can’t force them to get vaxxed. Which kinda puts a premium on staying unvaxxed! Taxpayers may not find that funny … Stuff like this will play hell with local finances.

Malone is generally right. It’s coming down to the courts because our elected representatives have elected not to bother representing us. However, there are growing signs that the courts are not going to simply roll over for the new Covid Regime. And you know that judges read the news and read what other judges and other courts are doing. There’s too much real information seeping out now. The courts will be called on to weigh that information, the data from repeated studies, and the propaganda narratives will be challenged.

We’ll see.
