Bear with me. I’m going to try to tie several threads together into a coherent whole. I’ll be presenting extensive transcripts of Doug Macgregor, which I find largely convincing—with one caveat. That caveat depends on how stupid Western leaders are. That caveat will be tempered by John Helmer’s reporting on the electric war—which translates into whether the stupidity of the Western ruling class can be thwarted by sheer impossibility on the electric level.
To begin, let’s just restate what this war is all about. We’ve been over this many times, but it’s useful to repeat it. The whole point of the war on Russia was—and still is—to effect regime change, break the Russia Federation up into controllable separate entities, and then loot it for its resources—as a prelude to establishing control over China and thus, ultimately, Eurasia, including the Middle East. It’s about Western Ruling Class governance of the entire world, fueled by control over global resources. Everything else, including the climate hoax, is simply subordinate to that end goal.
Ukraine was and remains a stepping stone toward Russia. In the post WW2 world the American—and, thus, Western—way of war is grounded largely on terror. It’s not so much about defeating militaries as defeating populations, forcing populations into submission via the model of Germany and Japan. The means used are flexible, depending on circumstances. Regime change and propaganda—fueled by the seeming inevitable triumph of the secular Western model—is often the preferred or only option, although regime change itself will often require force. This has happened repeatedly but, with regard to Russia, began definitively in Kiev in 2014—the earlier example of NATO’s war on Serbia could not be repeated in the Ukrainian environment. Nevertheless, a coup, fueled by a violent nationalistic minority of the Ukrainian population, was put into effect with the goal of bringing NATO up to the borders of Russia and exerting maximum—short of open war—pressure on Russia’s political structure by destabilizing the Putin government. The goal was to present to the Russia public the view of Putin as unable to prevent NATO’s triumphant eastward expansion and of Putin as opening Russia to possible catastrophe. Solution for the Russian public: regime change.
As we now know, this hasn’t worked. The magic sanctions war—which was supposed to obviate the necessity of massive kinetic warfare—proved to be an abject failure. Russia’s resolve and creative response to the Ukrainian/NATO threat has led the West to the verge of panic, as Ukraine’s military faces collapse. The West faces the collapse of the entire Globalist Project outlined above. What is so worrisome about the Crocus terrorist attack by the West on Russia is that it represents a doubling down of the regime change strategy. As Alastair Crooke has explained (in his most recent conversation with Judge Nap), the Crocus terror attack was not actually “asymmetric warfare” because it did not target Russia’s military. It was a pure terrorist act aimed at political destabilization of Putin’s government—a continuation of past, failed, strategy, but which now risks wider war.
Russia’s response, which was probably imminent anyway, has been what John Helmer calls the “electric war”. Crooke also refers to this, and specifies that it will also affect Western Europe/NATO. How that effect will occur is explained by Helmer, but first let’s mention one salient fact. The Ukrainian rail system—which is the primary means by which the Ukrainian military transfers troops and supplies—runs on electricity. Remove that capability and the Ukrainian military faces the very real possibility of being largely stranded on the east side of the Dnieper river, subjected to Russian attacks for which it has not defenses. With the fall of Ukraine’s fortress towns and cities in the east, the remains of its military is attempting to dig into the mud, which offers no protection to the Russian glide bombs. So.
HOW THE ELECTRIC WAR IS REDRAWING THE UKRAINE MAP – IN BLACK
The electric war … has now entered its second and final phase – final, that is, for the Ukraine.
This is strategic; war has never been fought like this in Europe. The US and NATO general staffs and politicians have been taken by complete surprise. “The Ukrainians are building Maginot and Siegfried lines according to the instructions of their foreign advisers,” according to a Moscow analyst, “as if the Russian offensive will be men, artillery and tanks running across the landscape towards Kiev. But they won’t have to. The offensive against Ukrainian electricity cannot be stopped at these lines.”
This is the same mistake the West has made all along—assuming that the Russians would launch mass assaults into the teeth of defenses that were 8 years in preparation. Russian patience and planning has thrown a spanner into that strategy, but the West is constantly be re-surprised.
Without effective defence for its power generating plants, distribution hubs, and grid lines, the Kiev regime’s power is being stopped across the country; the major Novorussian cities in the east – Odessa, Kharkov, Dniepropetrovsk – are being blacked out and their populations forced to evacuate; the warmaking resupplies of the NATO allies are being cut off at borders which are now exposed to reversal of electricity surges threatening the plants and grids of southern Poland, Romania and Moldova. Even European and American money for President Vladimir Zelensky’s regime needs electricity to move.
In other words, if the West attempts to export electricity into Ukraine to keep the war effort up and running—including the provision of munitions—it runs the risk of exposing itself to the effects of “reversal of electricity surges.” Frying their own electric grids, to varying degrees.
“The Russian General Staff is thinking electrically,” comments a NATO veteran and expert in applying electrical engineering to war. “The way the strikes are unfolding causes the Ukrainians to perform a lot of switching. Anyone who knows anything about high-voltage switching understands that the more it’s done, the greater the likelihood there is of some kind of fault occurring, including surges or transients. So, leaving enough power on today so the Ukrainians can throw switches tomorrow may be part of the plan.”
“Even if the French/NATO plan a deployment in the Ukraine, what will they be deploying to?” the military engineer adds. “If the current Russian plan of attack is causing swings of 300+ volts, it’s not even safe to plug in a cell phone. We can safely assume that all manner of appliances and other expensive electrical or electronic equipment has been destroyed in the affected areas. Indeed, even if the power engineers manage to get the power back on, millions of light fixtures, especially the electronic/LED variety, are burned out. Diagnostic equipment (medical and technical), process instruments, programmable logic controllers, power supplies, inverters, frequency drives, bank machines, computerized checkout, refrigeration equipment, are burned up”
“Who knows what’s happening there. It must be chaos, and if it isn’t, it will be soon.”
And, of course, the Russians have also been targeting other alternative sources of energy. There’s much, much more detail at the link (including multiple maps), but here’s a readily comprehensible bottom line:
A western military observer agrees. “My read is that the General Staff are deploying to tie down NATO and Ukrainian forces west of the Dnieper; assembling a credible force to dissuade any NATO move to threaten Kaliningrad; ensuring Belarussian territory is secure from the kind of raids we’ve seen in the Belgorod region.” They are also signaling what the Americans and French can’t admit in public that NATO forces are so weak in terms of manpower, equipment, ammunition, airpower, and capacity to engage that the Russian and Belarussian forces have the capacity to choose and dominate the field on a full spectrum basis whenever they choose.”
“The strategy”, the western military source again, “is to draw more of the NATO forces into the zones which are rapidly becoming de-electrified where they will soon be cut off from resupply or escape. The loss of electricity in Kharkov is already pitting the Ukrainian and foreign staff bunkers and troops in position against the city’s citizens for access to power, light, everything. It’s becoming an ungovernable situation. That’s the strategy.”
“The unspoken Russian advice is for the French, Poles, etc., to stick to posturing and grandstanding unless they have large reserves of body bags and candles laid up.”
Now, keep that in mind as we look at Macgregor’s comments. He’s mostly correct—very much so—but his concern about the West attempting to occupy Western Ukraine is constrained by Russia’s electric war, as described above, and so also may be his vision of a vast Russian offensive. The offensive that comes may be more like a flood. This fact, which is surely known by NATO militaries, makes the political decision to launch terror attacks on Russia all the more crazy. As Crooke maintains, to the humiliation of military defeat in Ukraine will be added the demonstration to the rest of the world that the West is a terrorist organization or collective of terrorist states. And the American Empire—which is heavily controlled by Neocons who are linked to the Israel Lobby—is at the head of that collective. Now, Macgregor:
For the globalists that are running the show—this is a globalist neocon elite, both on the Hill as well as in the White House, and these elites in Europe, particularly in Paris, Berlin, London—they're all interested in seeing Blackrock take over Ukraine, number one, so that it can be systematically stripped of its resources and turned into a subjugated state that belongs to the larger globalist elites. But they also want to see that happen to Russia, which is why this war was never about Ukraine. It was always about what can be done to destroy Russia. And of course, since the people in charge didn't perform any strategic analysis, they never thought about purpose, method, or end state. They concluded that Russia today is still the Russia of 1992. It's weak, it's prostrate, its economy is ineffective.
All of these arrogant displays of American hubris—treating Russia as though it was a third class nation with a fourth class military—well, we're getting an education right now. We paid no attention to the Russians, who had legitimate concerns about what we were doing in eastern Ukraine. We were building an army to attack them. We put a hostile government into that country in 2014. And we kept telling them that it made no difference to us what they thought or what they cared about. They said, We don't want NATO on our border. No one paid attention. President Trump tried to listen, but he was surrounded by people who subverted him, people who were not loyal to the president, who took an oath of obedience to the orders of the president and then ignored them.
So what's the outcome? You've got a very serious war that could become regional, even global, and no one in the White House seems to really grasp that. But we're losing. The globalists are losing. And when the ground dries, and in June, you're going to see a massive Russian offensive. And most of what we call this thing called Ukraine is going to be swept away, especially that government in Kiev. But that government doesn't represent the interests of the Ukrainian people. They represent the interests of this globalist elite who are interested in resources and stripping them and using them and exploiting them to make money.
This war has become financial as well as military. And the globalists understand that they're going to lose this war. And what will come of this is that the BRICS, Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, are going to be increased by 81 additional members.
Yes, we are in a lot of trouble. The globalists know that, and it is why they are so desperate right now. And the greatest fear that I have is that when the Russians do attack and it becomes abundantly clear that Ukraine is finished, there will be pressure to commit US forces in Poland and Romania, along with Polish forces and potentially Romanian ones, to western Ukraine. And if that occurs, the gloves will come off, because truthfully, thus far, Putin has exercised tremendous restraint, tremendous patience. He does not want a war with the West. If he wanted that, we’d already have it. But if we intervene in western Ukraine, it's over. We'll be in a full fledged war.
Putin expected that we would negotiate, that he would demonstrate that this was serious, and that Russia wanted its population in eastern Ukraine, which is really Russian, to have equal rights before the law. He wanted to end the oppression of the Russians that lived there, and he wasn't going to surrender Crimea. The reason he went into Crimea is he was afraid it was going to be turned into a US naval base.
Biden said, Our goal is regime change. Our goal is to get rid of Putin, and our goal is ultimately to divide Russia into constituent parts, then exploit it. All of his supporters, his staffers, everyone in the globalist camp knows this is the truth. The so called oligarchs Kolomoisky, Soros and others were all part of this. [These are the people who buy and sell governments.] None of this is news.
Russia has a plan for a 31 month war against us if we insist on fighting it. And we are in no shape to fight a war. We can't even recruit the United States army or the Marines. The Marines are running around trying to recruit illegals and are being encouraged to do so by the administration. Is that what you want in the ground force, to fight for this country? Forget it. It's not going to work.

Unfortunately, this is not April fools. Johnson, Schumer & the deep state are writing the Ukraine bill. Then Johnson will suspend rules to pass it.
“We’re putting that product together & we’ll be moving it right after the district work period,” -Johnson.

Johnson says Ukraine aid will come up ‘right after’ recess and will include some ‘innovations’

Important "going forward":

The launch of an "Iskander" can be detected by early warning systems, while ISR can pick up the MiG-31K/I deployment. This information can be relayed to the Kiev regime or any NATO personnel on the ground. On the other hand, detecting a scramjet-powered "Zircon" can be a lot more problematic.
Firing an "Iskander" or "Kinzhal" could cause unacceptable damage to purely civilian infrastructure in the surrounding areas, both due to their larger and more destructive warheads, particularly in the case of "Kinzhal", with the speed also giving it massive kinetic energy. That's why these more destructive missile systems are far likelier to be used against purely military targets such as large troop concentrations and important hostile equipment, particularly SAM (surface-to-air missile) systems and MLRS (multiple launch rocket systems) known to use PGMs (precision-guided munitions), etc.
On the other hand, precisely because of the large-scale deployment of "Zircon" missiles, Russia has more options to strike decision-making centers in Ukraine.
