Commentators also have employed the term to refer to situations where non-nuclear, non-Israeli actors have threatened conventional weapons retaliation.
It appears that the Anglo-Zionist attempt to force Lebanon into suicide—a government attack on Hezbollah to “secure” the border with Israel—has failed. This was a patent attempt to force Lebanon into a no-win civil war that would have had massive regional consequences and probably lead to waves of new refugees fleeing to Europe. General Brown, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in the US Army, said that the chances are increasing that Iran will choose to enter into a direct war with Israel in the event of a war between the IDF and Hezbollah.
According to him, Iran is more and more inclined to join the war if they fear that Hezbollah is threatened and in danger.
These words add to previous assessments that Iran would be willing to take risks to ensure the survival of Hezbollah, which is considered its most important force in the Middle East.

Yesterday I saw a notice that Netanyahu had stated that a war with Hezbollah would be over in “a minute”. Uh … I think I get it.

This looks on the surface like a threat to Lebanon—commit national suicide on our behalf or we’ll nuke you. And if Lebanon continues to refuse the option?
These are people living in a deep psychosis.

Perhaps I am missing something but the use of a tactical nuclear weapon against southern Lebanon would also result in radiation contaminating parts or even all of Israel, which is a tiny country. It could also impact Jordan and other countries with fallout.
This is why Kennedy fought them tooth and nail on nukes. Course they killed him for it and got thier way but Israel is an existential threat to the world with victim complex they have.
