This story has been “out there” for about a week, I think. I only got around to reading about it this morning.

A liberal man who admitted shooting a pro-life grandma who was merely canvassing against a radical pro-abortion ballot measure in Michigan still doesn’t face any criminal charges. More than a week has elapsed since Richard Harvey shot the unnamed pro-life advocate in the back on September 20th.
Harvey has admitted to shooting an elderly pro-life woman who was canvassing homes to campaign against Proposal 3, which would legalize abortions up to birth in the state. Meanwhile, his wife is a radical leftist and abortion activist who regularly threatens conservatives in social media posts.
During a recent local TV interview, Harvey admits shooting the pro-life woman, who was peacefully canvassing door to door against the ballot measure. He claims he accidentally shot her — even though she was shot in the back — using a rifle to try to knock away a clipboard she was carrying.
Harvey acknowledged he could face charges.
“It’s always possible,” he said. “I shot somebody. It was an accident.”
Yet 9 days later Harvey still hasn’t been charged. Michigan State Police are investigating the shooting and Ionia County [super Red] Prosecutor Kyle Butler told News 8 Monday that he’s waiting for police reports before deciding on whether to file charges.

This is an interesting concept. Shoot someone in the back. Give TV interviews. Claim it was an accident—giving as the reason a narrative that amounts to reckless endangerment at the very least. Do not go to jail, from what I can tell. Leave prosecutors dithering over charges.
Somehow I don’t think I’ll try that one at home. I don’t think I’m liberal enough to get any breaks.

Richard Harvey ran over 18-year-old Cayler Ellingson in a politically motivated murder. He was not charged. As stated here, man who shot an 84-year-old pro-life woman is claiming that it was an “accident” and has not been charged. But anyone they can tie to the Reichstag staged false insurrection can expect to be thrown into solitary, beaten, tortured and denied medical treatment. Not only no bail, no habeaus corpus. Except, of course, for their agent provacateurs, those planted in the crowd by the FBI to carry out the 'insurrection.'
