Covid: Deep State Startup And Management?

I’ll come clean—this has been my theory for quite a while. It’s a theory. The US Deep State created something very similar to what we know as Covid—probably not the full package, but plenty similar. It ended up being sent to China for further development (in Wuhan) as a result of a political kerfuffle in the US. In the fullness of time it was released on an unsuspecting world. Well, unsuspected by the general public. I see no way of understanding Covid except as a joint project of the US and China. It was obviously mostly the project of the US Deep State in its medical/scientific incarnation, since the further development at Wuhan continued largely under the direction, funding, and control of the US. Could the Chinese government have been unwitting, a victim? I don’t see how. They would have had access to the personnel at the Wuhan lab and, after all, a release without warning—deliberate or accidental, but I suspect deliberate—would amount to an act of war against China. Certainly a deliberate release would be an act of war. This also explains why neither the US government nor the Chinese government are accusing each other, and certainly the US government went to considerable lengths to cover up our involvement at Wuhan. What would be the point? Depopulation? China has a looming demographic problem—a seriously and quickly aging population without adequate provision for retirement—and the US has a powerful eugenics obsessed ZPG movement. Well, maybe we have a problem with funding our retirement system (broadly speaking to include most social programs), too. The elderly in the crosshairs.

As I said—it’s a theory. But with that theory in mind, consider first Sen. Rand Paul’s questioning of Samantha Powers yesterday. Samantha Powers is about as Deep State as they come. However, you’ll get the gist from the tweet—the Deep State is withholding all relevant information on US involvement with Wuhan from legislative oversight:

Some of the research proposals in 2018 were the Wuhan Insitute of Virology asking for money to create a virus with a furin cleavage site. A SARS-like coronavirus with a furin cleavage site. That's exactly what COVID-19 turned out to be.

So we want to know if there were other research proposals you either granted or denied that was in the same vain as creating viruses that could have become COVID-19. We can't tell because you won't give us information... I now have 25 Senators that have sent you a letter, and you aren't responding... You are being dishonest."

H/T to commenter Ray-SoCa for this fascinating article at Brownstone Institute. The author frankly admits that much more research needs to be done. Nevertheless, I find her basic thesis persuasive—the Covid “pandemic” in the US was handled, NOT by CDC and FDA and other medical branches, but by the Deep State. That should raise all sorts of red flags, especially when you learn that the National Security Council turned to Mr. Deep State himself, Mike Pompeo, and that Scarf Lady Deborah Birx came to run Covid with the recommendation of Pompeo:

In previous articles I discussed the probability that Deborah Birx, the White House Coronoavirus Task Force Coordinator, was not a representative of the public health agencies but, rather, was appointed by the National Security Council. I now have proof that this was, indeed, the case. I have also uncovered documents that show:

• As of March 13, 2020 the National Security Council (NSC) was officially in charge of the US government’s Covid policy.

• Starting on March 18, 2020, The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), was officially in charge of the US government’s Covid response.

The Covid Task Force Coordinator was brought in by the NSC

On March 11, 2020, at a Heritage Foundation Talk, Trump’s National Security Advisor, Robert O’Brien, when discussing what the White House and NSC were doing about the virus, said: 

“We brought into the White House Debi Birx, a fantastic physician and ambassador from the State Department. We appreciate Secretary Pompeo immediately moving her over to the White House at our, well at the President’s, request.” (min. 21:43 – 21:56)

The National Security Council was in charge of our Covid Policy

An astonishing government document dated March 13, 2020 entitled: “PanCAP Adapted U.S. Government COVID-19 Response Plan” (PanCAP-A) (embedded at the end of this piece) reveals that United States policy in response to SARS-CoV-2 was set not by the public health agencies designated in pandemic preparedness protocols (Pandemic and All Hazards Preparedness Act, PPD-44, BIA), but rather by the National Security Council, or NSC. 

So the bottom line looks something like my theory: Covid was developed by the Deep State and its implementation as a pandemic was managed by the Deep State. No wonder Rand Paul is having so much trouble getting the documentation. It seems pretty wild, except that the last decade or so has accustomed us to pretty extraordinary adventures in governance.
