Briefly Noted: Your FBI--Channeling The SPLC

Just one of those things you should be aware of. I’ve said this so many time, but I’ll say it again. The end of the FBI as a relatively impartial investigative agency began when Congress in its wisdom decided to approve Directors that were basically Legal Establishment lifers parachuted in. Mostly from previous careers in DoJ. The road went straight downhill with Mueller and Comey and Wray. People like them are eager to go along and get along in DC—and you already should know what the Inside the Beltway culture is like. Along with those directors came legions of DoJ lawyers to set policy and define targets. Like using SPLC and similar organizations to set policy and train agents, and coming up with innovative legal interpretations of law that served one purpose: to target normal people.

Former Agent: FBI Taught Agents Pro-Lifers Are More Dangerous Than Islamic Terrorists

The FBI trained personnel on countering extremism with material from the far-left Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), according to former special agent turned whistleblower Steve Friend.

In an interview with the Tennessee Informer last month, Friend recalled his experience at the FBI Academy in 2014: “We were shown a video that was produced by the Southern Poverty Law Center.” The film, Friend said, “ranked people who oppose abortion, pro-life activists, as a greater threat than Islamists.”
