Briefly Noted: Potpourri On A Slow News Day

Just a very few items for today—so far.

This first one seems newsworthy, with so much of the Covid Regime narrative crashing:

A fourth shot of COVID-19 vaccine boosts antibodies to even higher levels than the third jab, but it likely is not enough to prevent omicron infections, according to a preliminary study in Israel.

Here’s what’s up. The names of the prominent Johns [Does]—which the Fox article pegs at eight (I’ve seen the number ‘ten’ in the past) are contained in a till now sealed agreement in a previously settled civil case. Maxwell has been fighting the release of the identities of these men, but has now basically said—they’re on their own:

Virginia Roberts Giuffre's efforts to reveal the names of several "John Does" could soon be green-lighted after Maxwell conceded to the longtime accuser’s efforts to unseal their identities, according to a letter submitted by Maxwell’s attorney late last week. The decision is now in the hands of New York federal court Judge Loretta Preska whether seven of those names will be released.

The letter [from Maxwell’s attorney] continues: "Each of the listed Does has counsel who have ably asserted their own respective privacy rights. Ms. Maxwell therefore leaves it to this Court to conduct the appropriate review consistent with the Order and Protocol for Unsealing Decided Motions."

The impact of any revelations will naturally be dependent on whether any of the names have relevance to current events. If any of the Johns are relevant to political events in the US—former ‘Prince’ Andrew isn’t—then this could be big. Otherwise, historical interest only? Lots of names have been floated, but here a relatively small number are involved. There is also the question of the truth or falsity of the allegations by Giuffre. There’s no doubt as to the criminal activities of Epstein and Maxwell, but that’s no guarantee of the truthfulness in detail of Giuffre’s allegations.

On a somewhat similar note (rich and powerful men) there’s Good News—just not for you, I think …

This seems like one more—but a significant—sign of narrative fail. When a failing regime becomes the subject of open ridicule the downward path gets steeper and more slippery. Another example? SNL mocking Biden over approval ratings so low, they're in "power-save" mode.
