It’s looking like a busy day. So … April 1 edition, my father’s birthday:
Echo Of Dissent @EchoOfDissent
Attacks whatever they want, blame it on Hamas.
Bibi cannot understand why the “world is ganging up” on Israel. Echo chamber is air tight.
Right. US has resumed bulk arms shipments—planes, munitions, whatever is demanded.
Shades of Red October!
***BREAKING*** U.S. Navy Submarine First In World Fitted With Silent Caterpillar Drive #USNavy submarines will take stealth to a new level. American submarines will now be fitted with magnetohydrodynamic drive.
U.S. Navy Submarine First In World Fitted With Silent Caterpillar Drive - Naval News
The new propulsion may be fitted to more submarines if the trials are successful. These are likely to include new-build Virginia class attack submarines and the future ‘SSN-X’ type. It is unlikely to be fitted to the Columbia Class ballistic missile submarines (SSBN) however as this would likely constitute a first strike capability. There is no reason to make a nuclear deterrent submarine so stealthy if it is only intended for retaliatory strikes.
USS Montana is expected to undergo sea trials on the Penobscot River in Maine. This will make it more difficult for the Russian Navy to observe the tests.
Jukka Kauppinen @JPKauppinen0
I bet Marko Ramius did the test runs.

He always takes out the first of class
As you can see, however, this next story dates from a few weeks ago:

“If my mother had seen what I saw, she would say, 'It's the Russians, stupid.'”
Greg Edgreen, who ran the military investigation into mysterious brain injuries suffered by U.S. officials, says the bar for proof was set impossibly high by the government. https://cbsn.ws/3TDiZ4s

Libertarian Movement @Libertarian4MO
Maybe he should show his mother this.
Havana Syndrome saga collapses, yet the crusade against Russia rages on. The NYT, once a cheerleader of Russiagate, now concedes the tale was bullshit. Yet many still assign credibility to the CIA mouthpiece, swallowing whole the narrative served by Western client media on Ukraine and Israel.
How many similar hoaxes have been run across the last decade or more—claimed assassinations and all the rest?

"There is a growing understanding across the W. allies that Ukraine is losing the ground war against Russia & by summer could face defeat
Putin has made it plain that his fight now is not only against 'neo-Nazi ' but against 'neo-Nazi W.' of which Kiev regime is merely a brand leader"
The stealthy first strike comment makes no sense. Nuke subs are supposed to be hard to find, so they are not taken out preemptively by hunter killer attack subs.
Or may be ai with acoustic hydrophone arrays can detect subs soon.
Or some types of newer radars, satellite or airborne.
I question the naval news staff writers expertise. I would not be surprised if the writer is not even a naval vet…
Concerning Havana Syndrome there is a curious amateur fringe researcher ‘Lookingoutfa Charlie’ that is seemingly showing that we are being saturated with modulated elf and rf waves causing neurological effects.
I wonder with all the communication equipment in embassies if it’s not a case of ‘friendly fire’. Seems like standard US practice, blame the Russians, sweep under the carpet and then deny.
