Briefly Noted: Death In America
Briefly noted, because I'll be mostly just providing links. Something's going on in America, and it results from a total devaluation of life. Because it's largely kept from public view, people are complacent--but complacency is the first step toward death.
Tucker Carlson did a powerful show on Kim Foxx, George Soros' State's Attorney in Cook County. The footage is graphic and powerful, but note a number of key items:
Alderman Lopez talks of people being "gunned down by violence ". Which tells you right there that he's afraid to name the problem.
Kim Foxx talks of "equity and justice, NOT law and order". She talks openly of supposedly making up for the past as reasons for releasing--uncharged--minority and immigrant violent felons. Kim Foxx has been elected twice, and while I have nothing to learn about vote fraud in Cook County, I am also convinced that Foxx would have won any fair election. I know my neighbors.
But while this report is about Chicago, it's also about every other city with a George Soros chief prosecutor. Here the death is of individuals, but it's also the death of communities and cities. Check it out:
Will it get better when the 'children' return to school? Doubtful: Chicago Public Schools Implement Race Trainings Claiming Schools ‘Develop White Supremacy’ .
Who elected the people implementing these programs? It's not just inner city people. It's the young suburban moms and Millennials. Anyone who voted Dem, going back not just decades but generations.
Next, Karl Denninger goes there--Death. Yours .
This is a post about Medicare and death from Covid. Denninger maintains the two are closely linked. Surely many others have pondered that, too. But Denninger says it. A brief sample:
Do you know why there are a whole bunch of dead people allegedly from "The Coof" over the last year?
Because the government paid them a bonus for each toe tag and an even bigger one if they used a pointedly-useless ventilator, while at the same time setting "corporate standards" that inexpensive, known safe and likely-effective drugs, known by summer, were not to be used and thus said old people will die and stop consuming Medicare funds .
Don't think so?
Then explain why those with serious and progressive lung diseases , COPD and Emphysema to name two, had fewer deaths in 2020 than 2019 despite a raging respiratory infection pandemic!
I'll explain it again as I did the other day: Virtually every one of those people was already on one of those safe, reasonably inexpensive and now known effective drugs -- inhaled steroids. They couldn't cut those drugs off for those people without it being obvious that they were murdering people but they refused to hand them out to everyone who got infected even though they knew they worked as they had the data and intentionally disregarded it. There are approximately 30 million such Americans and they should have dropped like flies -- they did not.
Never mind that most of the people with COPD and Emphysema are older and generally quite-morbid, so CMS (Medicare) has extensive data on every single one of them and their medical charts; is it really very hard to run a few SQL queries? Obviously, no. They knew, they didn't give a crap and the more old people who die due to intentional refusal to treat the less money the government spends .
What did you say the average age of a Covid-19 death was in the US again?
Hint: 80% of all people who died "of" Covid-19 thus far in the US were on Medicare.
How do you solve the problem when a program is going broke? ...
To back up what Denninger is saying, LifeSite reminds us today of the nurse who wore a recording device in the hospital at the epicenter of the New York Covid deaths:
COVID nurse explains becoming a whistleblower: ‘I recorded them murdering patients’
'The very first day [at Elmhurst] I was shocked. It was something I’ve never seen before. Patients were alone in the rooms on ventilators [with] no family allowed in [to advocate for them]. People were just dying from gross negligence, medical malpractice, [and] mismanagement.'
It's powerful. I highly recommend it.
Upon arrival [in NYC] she was surprised to find that she “sat around for three days with nothing to do” and learned that other nurses had been “sitting around for 21 days or an entire month getting paid $10,000 a week,” without any assignment. “If they needed nurses so badly, why are you bringing me here if there’s nurses sitting around?” she asked, describing this as her first “red flag” that the reality of the situation in New York was not what was being reported in the news media.
...
“The very first day [at Elmhurst] I was shocked. It was something I’ve never seen before,” she said. “Patients were alone in the rooms on ventilators [with] no family allowed in [to advocate for them]. People were just dying from gross negligence, medical malpractice, [and] mismanagement.”
“For me, that was really difficult to swallow. Everything made sense to me at that moment of why there were so many deaths in New York,” she said.
Following a good cry back in her hotel room, she eventually contacted an attorney in New York, secured a “pair of spyglasses” and began to document what she saw in the hospital.

“I recorded them murdering patients. I recorded just the complete and absolute disregard for human life,” she said.
According to the video, Olzewski revealed how patients who repeatedly tested negative for COVID-19 were being described as “COVID confirmed” in their charts, which triggered a higher compensation from government payouts.
She contrasted the treatments that they had provided in Florida to what was happening in New York. “[In Florida] we treated our patients with hydroxychloroquine, zinc … sent them home and they were fine.” In New York, “they were banning alternative treatments like hydroxychloroquine. The only thing they could do was to put people on ventilators.”
Does it sound like anything that happened was truly an accident? There's an election next year.
