Breaking News: The Ruling Elite Is Morally Corrupt

I’ll pause for a moment, in case any readers fell off their chairs or otherwise suffered discombobulation at this revelation.

BTW, I should explain that today was a medical day—two routine appointments, but these things take up time.

Back to the ruling elite. No doubt you’ve read about the sex ring that was broken up by DoJ in the last few days. The fact that this was a multi-state federal investigation should spark interest. Ask yourselves, How often do you hear about the feds being involved in these kinds of cases—the big money operations with well to do clients? Not very often. When it does occur, it normally means that National Security in one form or another was somehow threatened. Paul Sperry was quick to jump on that angle:

Huh. Go figure. The Chinese apparently studied the Epstein case and figured it could work for them, too. I never worked on any case remotely connected to such matters, thank God. All I can say is that, not long before I retired (2006), I was assured by a Chinese person—affiliated with the outfit that runs The Epoch Times—that every Congressman had a Chinese girlfriend. I can only imagine that between the PRC and Falun Gong the Hill was covered pretty thoroughly. Presumably this operation was simply spreading the net more widely to draw in contractors, lobbyists, and such like. The people who make our government “work”.

And before anyone gets completely worked up about the Chinese threat and how we need to go to war with them by 2025, I was also told—by people who would know—that every US military officer who traveled to Israel was approached for sexual compromise. According to their orientation. Just a sec, I’ll put that in italics, too: every. Do you have any idea how many people that would be? I’m just repeating what I was told.

Anyway, here are some details from The Hill:

The DOJ did not identify any of the high-powered clients the brothels allegedly served but said, “The investigation into the involvement of sex buyers is active and ongoing.”

“Over the course of the investigation, a wide array of buyers were identified, including, but not limited to, politicians, high tech and pharmaceutical executives, doctors, military officers, government contractors that possess security clearances, professors, lawyers, scientists and accountants,” the department said.

The DOJ detailed the alleged verification process that buyers had to undertake to become eligible for appointment bookings, including “requiring clients [to] complete a form providing their full names, email address, phone number, employer and reference if they had one.”

The department also described steps defendants allegedly took to conceal the source of fund transfers.

How do you feel about our country being run by knuckleheads like these? What a country.

On a somewhat related note:

Vladimir Putin held a meeting with members of the Security Council and Government, and the heads of security agencies.

A brief excerpt. The context of these remarks is the anti-Israel riot at the airport in Dagestan that is now known to have been incited by a Ukrainian run web site:

We must clearly understand who in reality is behind the tragedy of peoples in the Middle East and in other regions around the world, who has been organising this lethal chaos and who benefits from it. In my opinion, it has already become clear to everyone, as the masterminds brazenly act in the open.

These are the current ruling elites in the United States and its satellites who are the main beneficiaries of the global instability that they use to extract their bloody rent. Their strategy is also clear. The United States as a global superpower is becoming weaker and is losing its position, and everyone sees and understands this, even judging by the trends in the world economy. The American-style world, with the hegemony of one country, is being destroyed and is receding gradually but inexorably into the past.

However, the United States is unwilling to accept this, and instead seeks to preserve and extend its dominance, its global dictatorship, which is easier to achieve amid such chaos, because the United States believes this chaos will help it contain and destabilise its rivals or, as they put it, their geopolitical opponents, among which they also rank our country, which in reality are new global growth centres and sovereign independent countries who are unwilling to kowtow and play the role of servants.

Today, … Russia is fighting on the battlefield for our future, for the principles of a just world order, for the freedom of countries and peoples. We are fighting consistently, and our soldiers and officers, our heroes, are fighting and losing their comrades-in-arms.

I will repeat again: the ruling elites of the United States and its satellites are behind the tragedy of the Palestinians, the massacre in the Middle East in general, the conflict in Ukraine, and many other conflicts in the world – in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, and so on. This has become obvious to everyone. It is they who install their military bases everywhere, who use military force on every pretext and without any pretext, who send weapons to conflict areas. They are also channelling financial resources, including to Ukraine and the Middle East, and fuelling hatred in Ukraine and the Middle East.

They are not achieving results on the battlefield, so they want to split us from within, as far as Russia is concerned, to weaken us and sow confusion. They do not want Russia to participate in solving any international or regional problems, including in the Middle East settlement. They are not satisfied at all when someone does not act or speak exactly as they are instructed. They believe only in their own exclusivity, in being allowed to do anything.

John Helmer, in commenting on Putin’s remarks, cites the Athenian response in Thucydides’ Melian Dialogue passage, which contains the famous expression of empire to its victims: The strong do what they can and the weak suffer what they must. This is Putin’s view of the American Empire’s attitude. It certainly expresses to perfection the Israeli doctrine of deterrence as we see it playing out in Gaza.
