It seems every day brings new indications that the Great Reset—the attempt to create a New Normal by leveraging the Covid Regime—is suffering its own Reset. Yes, the Ruling Elite continues to pump out “news” that tries to convince Normal People that resistance is futile. The censorship movement is till trying to suppress reality, but in the real world people are getting bolder and the truth is coming out.
Consider. For the least few days we’ve been watching the Canadian Trucker Convoy—that’s been uplifting, to see working people demanding their freedom. Today Joe Manchin reaffirmed that Zhou’s signature Build Back Better (the Globalist theme meme) is DOA—huge. A Monmouth University poll has just confirmed that there are still Normals out there—lots of them. Far more than they want you to know:
70% Say It's Time to Accept COVID Is Here to Stay and Move On With Our Lives
And then there’s the John Hopkins study on the entire Covid Regime of “divide and conquer”:
Lockdowns saved barely any lives while causing ‘enormous’ harm, Johns Hopkins review finds
'In consequence, lockdown policies are ill-founded and should be rejected as a pandemic policy instrument.'
However, on the world stage there are also indications that the Globalist power grab, a global coup, is suffering repeated setbacks. We see that in the growing number of nations that are simply saying—Enough, already! Two articles today take a look at this aspect.
The first focuses on Italian politics—but don’t worry, we won’t get into the details. What’s important is that recent events in Italy constitute what appears to be another major setback for the Globalist combine. This comes from Tom Luongo, who keeps a close eye on these developments:
We’ve written about Mario Draghi—sometimes referred to as ‘Super Mario’—before. To get some idea of how high up in Globalist circles this guy is, please refer to his Wikipedia page. However, these snippets will give you the overall picture:
Mario Draghi
current Prime Minister of Italy
He previously served as President of the European Central Bank (ECB) from 2011 until 2019.
Draghi was also Chair of the Financial Stability Board from 2009 to 2011 and
Governor of the Bank of Italy from 2006 to 2011.[3]
in 1991 returned to Rome to become Director General of the Italian Treasury.
He left that role after a decade to join Goldman Sachs,
In 2014, Draghi was listed by Forbes magazine as the eighth-most powerful person in the world.
In 2015, Fortune magazine ranked him as the world's "second greatest leader".
In 2021, Politico Europe ranked him as the most powerful person in Europe.
In 2019, Paul Krugman described him as "the greatest central banker of modern times."
widely considered the "savior of the euro"
On 3 February 2021, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Draghi was invited by Italian President Sergio Mattarella to form a government of national unity
Got it?
Now, for what follows, it’s important to understand that in Italy the President holds very real powers—more than the Prime Minister. The idea of bringing Draghi in to head the “national unity” government in 2021 as Prime Minister was that he would shortly be elevated to President. The Globalist elite would then have total control over Italy and it’s important economy. That’s what didn’t happen. And the fact that that didn’t happen is a major defeat for the Globalists.
Luongo—I’ve omitted the inside-Italian-politics stuff as too complicated:
Last week was dominated by the machinations for the election of a new president, which ended after eight rounds with incumbent Sergio Mattarella elected to another seven-year term at the spry age of 81.
Mattarella was supposed to retire.
It was supposed to be the ascendance to godhood for Prime Minister Mario Draghi who would replace Mattarella controlling the fate of Italian politics for the rest of the decade.
That did not materialize, because Draghi, despite the endless platitudes thrown around in the Western press, is hated inside Italy, and not just by the people he’s turned into second-class citizens, but by his fellow politicians.
Second class citizenship was thrust down the throats of Italian by the Elite, in the name of the Covid Regime. Draghi epitomized that Elite do-as-we-tell-you attitude.
Davos finally lost a big move in Italian politics from within the government for the first time in the last decade. They’ve proven adept at external manipulation and betraying the Italian people regardless of how they voted previously, but it looks like their typical top-down head-chopping approach to politics has finally backfired on them.
For the past seven years we’ve been treated to a masterful performance by Mattarella doing Davos’ bidding, inserting himself into the governing process where no Italian president has in the past.
What’s the significance of this? Luongo explains (highly edited):
… in Italy, the President has a bit more power than other European ‘heads of state.’ The president controls the military apparatus. So, it was clear that Davos was trying to engineer another ‘coup from the top’ like they’ve done in so many other places around Europe and the U.S.
Italy is a key member of the European Union and any threat to its continued membership is always met with murky backroom deals and the back-stabbing of Davos’ opponents. Italy simply cannot be allowed to assert its independence from the European project.
…
So, where does this leave Italy today?
First, it means no real change for the rest of this year.
…
Second, it means that Draghi’s reign in Italy is quite weak.
…
Third, it really means that Davos is losing control over places it’s supposed to have sewn up completely. COVID restrictions are being lifted all across the northern European states as the narrative will now shift away from the virus to Climate Change.
Now, this doesn’t mean that Luongo things have suddenly all come up roses. Far from it. The Globalist reaction will be to attempt to crush Italian resistance. And the pressure, he says, is now on the ECB and EU to “do something.” Something “drastic.” But …
Did anyone happen to notice the collapse of the euro post-FOMC? I sure did. That’s your canary in the coliseum.
To everyone still thinking U.S. finances are worse than Europe’s I’m seeing nothing but kryptonite for Super Mario when he returns from his bunker.
Does the US somehow skate? It won’t be easy.
Finally, I want to provide some excerpts from Brandon Smith’s
However, I need to be clear up front that I don’t agree with everything in this longish post. I’m offering excerpts as a kind of a pep talk.
For starters, I don’t buy Ukraine as “Plan B”. There’s some nuance here. I do agree that the Zhou regime would very much like to have something that would appear to be major a foreign policy success to balance out the domestic catastrophes—especially after the Afghan debacle. However, the Ukraine situation as it has evolved has turned into what looks very much like a “can’t win” for Zhou. Putin is calling the shots and Zhou is just trying to hang on and not look too bad. Good luck.
On the other hand, as indicated above, it does increasingly appear that we have grounds for optimism. And I agree that American resistance—very much a grass roots thing—has served a key function. Others have stood out, too. But our resistance has been an example.
So, Smith:
There are people in the liberty movement that attribute FAR too much intelligence to the global power elites …
…
Every once in a while it becomes obvious when [the global power elite] have invested an immense amount of time and planning into a single unique scheme, a fulcrum point that many of their other plans will rely on in the future. There is no doubt that the response to the covid outbreak was meant to bulldoze over numerous social and legal conventions and achieve full bore centralization before the vast majority of people even knew what hit them.
The pure excitement and adrenaline on display by the globalists at the onset of the pandemic was palpable. They were practically dancing in the streets, jabbering about how many worldwide socialist programs they were about to railroad through, not to mention how many individual liberties they were about to erase.
That said, when a plan doesn’t stick the way they want, sometimes they try to force it to work and this never goes well for them. We’ve seen this multiple times with their attempts to institute gun control in the US and they have failed over and over again. More recently, the covid agenda and by extension the globalist “Reset” has fallen apart in the US and this has led to problems for them in other parts of the world.
American resistance to the vax mandates and lockdowns was key to everything, more so than I think many people realize. Even if the globalists could implement medical tyranny through much of the rest of the world, with conservative red states blocking the agenda at every turn this created a focal point for resistance. Meaning, all the people in the world can still see that there is another way to do things that does not involve authoritarianism. Life in the red states goes on as if covid barely existed. Conservatives are not “dying in the streets” like the lunatic liberals said would happen. In fact, millions of people have been LEAVING blue states and coming to red states just to be free.
Be of good cheer.
Can someone tell me, do we stay also stay away from flu vaccine?. They are giving these to children too and have been telling Daughter don't do this.
The thing to remember about the so called "Progressive" movement is that it is a religion. Not replacement for religion. Not a sect or a cult. These people think they are doing their Godvernment's work. Even without belief in a paradise to go to they feel fulfilled dying for the Cause. They have a Goal that gives their lives Meaning. That's the secret of the March Through the Institutions. They never stop. They never lose because defeat is only a setback until the next attempt.
The Liberal (as in classical Western Civilization) movement basically doesn't exist. Individuals fight each battle until a transient success or broken spirit lets them declare Victory so they can return to a 'normal life'. Meanwhile the so called "Progressive Movement" grinds on.
So how does Liberal Movement get established? Despite what many conservatives claim, it's not in Christianity. Most churches now are simply bastions of so called "Progressive" orthodoxy in Jesus' name.
How does one create a society based on personal liberty worth living and dying for? Where membership in said society gives Meaning to life?
