Obviously the Western denials of complicity in the Moscow terror attack are failing to pass the laugh test. Different commentators have explained this in various ways. For example, Danny Davis spent a fair amount of time detailing the ways in which the Western narrative that this was an ISIS attack flies in the face of the well established profile of such attacks: the failure to fight to the death or to blow themselves up is one telltale clue. Arnaud Bertrand summarizes the absurdity of the Western narrative succinctly:

BREAKING: The US National Security Council says the Islamic State bears 'sole responsibility' for the attack on the Moscow concert hall and Ukraine had 'no involvement'

They don't know who blew up Nordstream after 1.5 years and they reply to all atrocity accusations towards Israel that an investigation must take place to understand who's guilty...
...but within less than 24h they know with absolute certainty who's "solely responsible" for this.

Rybar has a post detailing the tight control of the narrative—it’s SOP, as we’ve all come to know it by now.
How the US promotes the version of IS involvement in the terrorist attack in Moscow Region
The bottom line, amid possibly shifting narratives, will be denial of complicity:

Before interrogation, after interrogation.
Note the humanitarian West has now totally dropped the 'ISIS' moniker when referring to them. They are now "captured suspects" or "prisoners". Suddenly ISIS has totally disappeared again, after serving its initial propaganda purpose
As for the “interrogations” and ear-lopping that we’ve seen online, I continue to regard that as strictly preliminary. As others have said, the overwhelming likelihood is that the perps were simply repeating their prepared cover story, which the real interrogators will break down. The cover story seems pretty threadbare and unconvincing to me.
What has puzzled me are reports that the FSB quickly identified the perps yet allowed the perps to leave the Moscow area, heading for Ukraine by car. The idea of allowing mass murderers to leave the scene of their crime is a stunner to me. That suggests a level of confidence in FSB capabilities that’s almost scary. OTOH, I suppose I’m simply not used to the concept of virtually universal surveillance of all sorts. In addition, Russia is a nation at war for its very existence, so you have to assume that even by current standards the level of surveillance—both visual/video and voice/text/comms of all sorts—is off the charts. That said, the tactic appears to have paid off in a pretty big way. The reports are saying that, in addition to the 4 actual perps, 7 other person who were involved in the operation were also arrested. It appears from accounts that at least some of those 7 were at a rendezvous near the Ukraine border, prepared to exfiltrate the perps from Russia to Ukraine. The FSB is said to have been monitoring—throughout the attempted flight—both the movements as well as the communications of all participants in the massacre and their support network.
Armchair Warlord offers support for some of the above, as well as an eye to the future implications:

At this point it's fairly certain that the terror attack yesterday in Moscow was the work of the Ukrainian GUR - the attackers were literally apprehended in Bryansk while trying to flee to Ukraine. Western statements pointing a finger at ISIS should be taken as misdirection, particularly in light of suspiciously specific travel warnings issued shortly prior to the incident and the wildly premature nature of the announcements - the Biden Administration was exonerating Ukraine of blame within minutes of the news breaking and before any specifics were known, suggesting a guilty conscience. Accredited media outlets have been repeating the approved talking points uncritically. I could write a more comprehensive analysis, but the simplest explanation by far at this point is Ukrainian responsibility. I remind the reader that the Ukrainian special services - with full complicity from Western intelligence - frequently conduct pure terror attacks, the most noteworthy of which was the October 2022 truck bomb attack on the Crimean Bridge.
…
As I pointed out earlier the Russians don't "do" tit-for-tat retaliation. It keeps them out of a retaliatory escalation spiral. … Putin was, however, quite clear in his speech yesterday that those responsible would be hunted down and killed, and as far as the Russians - the only people that matter here - are concerned, that responsible party was the Ukrainian government.
Given that assignment of blame the Russians can be expected to actually go far beyond a mere retaliatory strike. The inevitable logical conclusion to be drawn from Putin's remarks is that this attack has foreclosed any possibility of a negotiated resolution to the Ukrainian War with Zelensky's regime.
The Russian goal now, ladies and gentlemen, is nothing short of regime change in Kiev. It will be accompanied by whatever postwar borders they care to draw.

The terror attack on Moscow, most likely will be considered the ultimate example of: play stupid games - win stupid prizes, stupid prize winners will not know what hit them.
The DIGITAL Paradigm is total and complete surveillance. It is ubiquitous. Everywhere. That is the point of the technology. It requires us to think differently and ask different questions regarding humans.
To what extent has anyone talked about this conflict being a “spiritual/religious” conflict - that then changes the geopolitics?
