Great progress on the windows. I’ll need to do some painting, but not as much as anticipated. In the meantime …
The UN investigation "has not been able to independently verify" Israel's allegations of Oct. 7th sexual violence, "due to a lack of access to victims, witnesses and crime sites and the obstruction of its investigations by the Israeli authorities." Meanwhile, it "found some specific allegations to be false, inaccurate or contradictory with other evidence or statements." This is why Israel refused to cooperation with this probe: the Israelis knew that, unlike US establishment media and other dupes, the UN probe would be looking at the actual evidence.

BREAKING: The UN just released its first actual investigation into October 7 and ongoing Gaza genocide by Israel. It concludes that though there was violence against women (SVGB), there is no proof of any rape, let alone "mass rape", or that it was "ordered by Hamas". It's over
Here’s an analysis of Israeli reporting on the condition of Israeli prisoners. One need only follow some of the video news on conditions in Gaza under constant bombardment, enduring a humanitarian and food blockade, to imagine that imprisonment there could never have been pleasant. It would only have been made worse by the Israeli war crimes. The Times of Israel article simply mirrors the harsh conditions in which ALL Gazans attempt to continue living …
In its initial article regarding the newly rescued hostages, the @TimesofIsrael reported that their captives "cared about their wellbeing" and even "baked a cake" for his birthday. Today, they falsely claim they were "beaten almost daily". Let's review how we know it's false...
The initial article describes the positive statements by the hostages as possible "Stockholm syndrome", a phenomenon where captives sometimes have positive feelings towards their captors. (Note: we have yet to see Palestinians released by the IDF exhibiting this behavior)
The new article contradicts the initial by claiming the captives were "beaten almost every day". But the article appears to be misquoting the source it relies on which cited daily "abuse" and included "mental" and "other types" (such as harsh conditions) in that classification.
Dr. Pessach specifically refers to the condition of the hostages as having an "outward appearance of being in good shape" suggesting NO PHYSICAL BRUISES OR WOUNDS. And refers to the biggest issue being a low protein diet while in captivity.
Furthermore, when discussing their overall state, the doctor never uses the word beating makes ZERO mention of beatings, instead citing psychological stress, malnutrition, medical neglect, space limitations, and even lack of sunlight as the stressors to health.
The source for this story is actually an article originally released by @CNN who ran with a headline that mentioned "beaten while in captivity", not including the "almost daily" language but with no substantiation via quotes from the doctor of such a claim.

No doubt the hostages went through an extremely difficult set of conditions while held for the last 8 months. An accurate understanding of such is important. We call on @TimesofIsrael to correct the misleading headlines or provide substantiation for such claims.
Meanwhile, Palestinians released from captivity are describing horrifying conditions of torture, sexual abuse, and other horrors while others have been subject to amputations or death in captivity.
Everything the legacy media says is a lie. It’s hard not to forget that sometimes but it always eventually gets proven true.
Congratulations on your window progress. Home construction can be a huge stressor. Often behind schedule, unexpected price increases, and quality issues.
